Here's a novel idea, guys. If you're going to charge extra for sauces...maybe try harder to make sure you actually put them in the bag. I shouldn't have to double check my order every time I come here. Two days straight that I've gotten home and there have been no sauces in my bag. And when I came back to get them, the lady at the window was rude and demanded to see my receipt...like I really drove back to McDonald's to scam you guys out of 50 cents work of sauce. Lol get real.
Dear McDonald's :
This was the worst execution of a promotion I’ve ever seen. I told my kids all week that I would take them to get the one time only Szechwan sauce. We waited in line for an hour but left when we were informed that there were only 15 packets of sauce available. Unfortunately we were about 40th in line with about 200 people behind us. The crew working this afternoon was incredibly rude, shamefully rude. My two daughters went in about 2:15 today, after the senior got out of her last class of the day at 2:08. The woman working behind the counter refused to serve them because she didn't believe the youngest wasn't supposed to be in class. She argued with them, refused to serve them and pretty much accused them of lying. Apparently, by the employee's admission, it is policy to behave this way. Seriously? Policy?...read full review
