The manger on duty 10/26/2025 at 4 pm was EXTREMELY disrespectful since she had to comp a drink because the app wasn’t working. Resulting in her threatening me on video. A complaint will be done on every level. She needs to be fired.
Fairly disappointed that you have started to UPCHARGE for extra ice in a soda.

The staff was working hard and racing around making food quickly and efficiently, helping a lot of people.
