They apparently only had 2 people working this morning and i went passed the first window because nobody was there. The ignorant manager tried to say this was my fault. Then the small boy who handed me the food said "there" when handing me the food. You don't treat customers like that just because of situations beyond everyone's control.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Lincoln. They have never gave me fresh food, always greasy and old. After going in to have them fix it, they just drop in back in the grease which makes it even more greasy. Workers have nasty attitudes when you ask for your food to be fixed. Also, anytime I’ve visited this McDonald’s, I’ve been very disappointed.

I went through the drive thru. Nobody was at the window to take my money. Then they asked me to pull ahead at 2nd window. Finally they never gave me my drink and my mccrib was literally missing the other half of its bun. This place was completely out of order and ran by a bunch of people who don't speak English and lie. I live out of town also, so go figure nobody answers the phone when I call.

Turn your store locator’s off if you are not going to be open!!! It’s okay to be closed on Christmas. It’s not okay to waste people’s time and hold up their money!

Every single time my husband and I go here they mess at least one thing up this time I ordered a large hot mocha which was almost 4 dollars and they gave me a large coffee which is a little over a dollar didn’t even realize it until we got home. Also they didn’t put in any condiments.

McDonald's is such a joke. Always a horrible experience every time I make the poor decision to give them another chance. When I pulled up to the drive thru here, they weren't speaking English, so I had to wait an uncomfortable amount of time for them to get a different employee, and even that person could barely be understood. I ordered two of the double burritos off the breakfast menu, I think it's #7 if I'm not mistaken, among several other things. The guy did the right thing to double-check if I ordered two of them, which would be 4 burritos total. I said yes, that's what I want. He correctly charges me for that, and then they only put two burritos in the bag. Putting some food in a paper is too difficult, but I know they constantly complain about their wages. Clearly, the minimum wage is too high if anything. The food they did manage to drop in the bag is overpriced and mediocre at best.

I love mcdonalds, namely the dr pepper, but this place has consistently been really terrible at order fulfillment and I think I have to take the L and stop coming to this location. The dr pepper almost always taste like mild flavored mineral water or is out, the app takes a shit at this location a lot: orders are lost, they don't allow you to enter your Curbside spot number so you end up going inside anyway or the app doesnt register your order (again only at this location for some reason). The employees often don't really respond or have a deer in the headlights demeanor. Honestly you'd be better off taking the extra time and gas going to the location on O st because it's honestly great there. I've tried reaching out to mcdonalds once when an order was really messed up only for them to respond that the location is franchised and the owner will reach out. They never did lol.
