Everything is wrong. People were completely rude and said nothing. Food was cooked badly and tasted gross. Used to love McDonalds and keep hoping it will get better but it’s worse every time. That’s it for us.
I really like this mcdonalds. Today was different. I was in line and a friend was there with his mother. The cashier was having issues with credit card machine. The male manager came over and advised my friend cash only. I did not have cash myself. Se my friend left with no food. Another manager came over to another register and starting taking credit cards. Despite this, the food quality remains consistent and well-prepared. During peak hours, the drive-thru may get busy, leading to order mix-ups. Witnessing a rude customer storm out after yelling at the manager was unpleasant, but the manager's apology and free desserts showed exceptional customer service. Overall, McDonald's provides a standard fast-food experience with occasional service hiccups.
