However, some workers can be unhelpful, as experienced when requesting an ice water and facing resistance from an irritated staff member. Despite this, the food quality remains consistent and well-prepared. During peak hours, the drive-thru may get busy, leading to order mix-ups. Witnessing a rude customer storm out after yelling at the manager was unpleasant, but the manager's apology and free desserts showed exceptional customer service. Overall, McDonald's provides a standard fast-food experience with occasional service hiccups.
