They did make a mistake on my friends meal because the man at the register entered in the wrong sauce. But that happens, so no biggie. He apologized and promptly remade it. And all was well otherwise. Good food. And their workers were hustling diligently, not just moseying through it like some places.

It was my first time at PepperJax and I was nervous about ordering thru the drive through. I was greeted by a team member that really made me feel a lot better and less nervous. As I was ordering they were providing a lot of information and answering all my questions before I could ask them. They were super awesome. I made it to the window and it was another team member (I could tell they were different) and they had the same very energetic and excited to see me attitude. Once...

Pepper Jax is always a great place to go. You know exactly what to expect each visit and it's always hot and fresh. Never disappointed! The entire staff always seems happy and ready to get down to business. Pretty rare thing these days lol. Gotta respect that. Kept very clean and just always a great visit.
