Bahn Xeo - 5 Stars! Spot On Perfection! I was floored at how good this Bahn Xeo was. Turmeric infused crepe flour fried in coconut oil with the proper ingredients of shrimp, pork belly and bean sprouts.
Bahn Xeo is like candy for food lovers!
Paired with a plate of lettuce leaves and sweet Thai Basil because you want to eat Bahn Xeo like it's a wrap, a lettuce wrap. You place of piece of Bahn Xeo, along with a little bit of pickled carrots and radish and a leaf of Thai Basil inside a lettuce leaf and wrap it like an egg roll. Dip the wrap in the sweetened fish sauce and eat.
Eating Bahn Xeo with your hands is messy but it's how it's done. If you have kids, it will be really messy but they will enjoy themselves. ;)
Oolong Tea - It's always good to drink hot tea with your meal because it helps with digestion and this paired perfectly with the Bahn Xeo.

Order by phone.... wanted bun bowl not soup even told them not soup.. Got there to pick it up SOUP said that's want we ordered not willing to make it right $70.00. Never again 2nd time they couldn't get it right the 1st time in the restaurant😔

Hot soup was just what we needed today! The Goi Cuon was excellent, the dipping sauce was great.
Broth was fragrant, flavorful and clear!
Only negative I can say was they was the napkins with a very powerfully smelling detergent and it was very off putting.

Loved the Combination Pho and the Shrimp Spring Rolls. Deep Bowls of fragrant and flavorful broth. Plenty of meat in each bowl. One of my favorite spots for Pho in Lincoln. You can't go wrong here.
Had the spring rolls, the Phnom-Penh with rice noodle soup, and Vietnamese pancake. The pho was wonderfully smooth, rich, and nourishing, and the pancake was crisp, with a delicious citrusy sauce — we’ll be back!
