Here it is, this a great Lincoln owned place, not some Omaha infiltrator. The owner are do great creative interpretation on bar food. Quality beef patties in their burgers. The Turkey wrap is HUGE, two ladies, my advise split an order. Now the Onion rings are a must order. Last visit, I ordered the Buirria Burger, WOW, I've never had Buirria Taco, but this burger is a gateway drug.
Hawks Nest Sports Bar & Grill. Ate the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer, Mango Cart as a draft beer. Quick service, quality food, clean environment with a fun atmosphere. Located in south west Lincoln just off south and West of S. 14th and Pine Lake.

I'm reluctant to give up the details of this little secret. Hawk's Nest has been a breath of fresh air for our part of town. Considering it's a sports bar, you'd expect a menu packed with fried food. That's definitely not this place. You'll find unique menu pairings with a drive to avoid the "normal". You'll quickly latch on to a favorite.
