One of the shiny stars for Vietnamese in Omaha. Fresh and delicious. Believe me, if you go once, you'll become a regular.Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian, but eat very little meat. I had the vermicelli with tofu.
Pho was up there with some of the best I've had. Broth was rich but not super salty, very fragrant. I got the thin sliced "steak" (menu item P1), and it was super tender.Didn't love the egg roll. Dropped in for lunch and loved everything we ordered! We had two bowls or pho, spring rolls, and the crispy tofu which was seasoned and so tasty! We can't wait to come back!!!!
