It was my friends first time here. I was happy to share it with him. He loved it.
I went here with my extended family. The food was okay and we did not have to wait so long for it which is good.
However, we ordered Pho (2), Bun Bo Hue (3), pho ga (1) but the veggie was not enough, we had to share the veggie, especially for the Bun bo hue. When asked for extra bean sprouts, we got charged extra.
The server man was not very helpful when he didn't know the menu. We ordered but the kitchen was out of the item, however when re-order he never checked back with us if the item was available.
We asked to split the bill into 3 evenly at the beginning when asked. At the end we each got a separate bill which was fine. However, he charged us each 25% for the tip. I understand a large party is a lot of work and willing to pay the percentage . However there were no services and it was not helpful to deserve 25%.
Overall if you go here just to make sure to check your bill and the Gratitude percentage. Food is dependent on personal preference but personally I think it's not too bad for a quick warm meal.
Not my favorite type of food but others in the group chose it so I went along
Really overpriced for Vietnamese food. It's half what they charge in Houston or Dallas so no clue why in NE they are so expensive. Pho was good. Spring rolls aren't cut so it's a long roll that's hard to eat and they were blan. Server had her fingers touching the food which was gross. They definitely need training on how to hold dishes so not to touch the food. Pho took 20 min to come out which was odd seeing the broth, if real, should have been made hours before or even the day before. Iv never waited longer than 5 min for pho so makes me question if the broth was genuinely bone broth.
Best in Lincoln.
Food had great presentation even being takeout, but the taste just wasn't quite right. Not sure what it was. Staff were friendly & attentive though.
Food is always great. Services can be a bit slow even if they are only a few customers in the restaurant.
This was my first time trying vietnamese/pho for the first time, and it was amazing! I loved the grill vermicelli bowl, and my husband so enjoyed the beef pho. The food is so fresh, flavorful, the staff is so kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is gorgeous. We will be back for sure!
Excellent pho, many entrée options, and the Iced coffee was perfect!
Best food ever

The best flank pho I've ever had, dont know about the other menu items as I usually order take out of a large flank pho which is 2 meals easily...but its the best ive ever had. - that post looks like it was 4 years ago and unfortunately now I feel differently about this restaurant. For one thing, the prices were raised almost 50%... that's kind of crazy, especially for soup with the main ingredient being rice noodles, so it seems like they're being a little greedy and priced themselves out of some customers.
Parking: Not the cleanest place...it shares a door with the grocery store which is not clean at all.

This is not Pho. It's not even edible. Idk what that broth was, it wasn't oxtail for sure. The noodles weren't pho noodles. They use culantro, not cilantro (because culantro last longer without perishing). But it wasn't tastefull. They do not give you onions either, and no green onions......WTH. The bean sprouts were turning black from old produce. what they call large bowl, is actually a small bowl anywhere I've been to, for the same price lol... And it arrived Luke warm...... Nonetheless, I've been to many states, many cities and always have Pho. I make 2 day Pho. This place served me an inedible bowl of canned soup that was Luke warm. I paid them, tipped him, told him the truth. And he agreed lol. Then I left and went and bought something edible somewhere else. If you enjoy this, I'm sorry but you do not know what Pho is. Good thing they give you a fancy fork and place a stack of paper napkins on your table to enjoy your soup with. I suggest McDonald's for you. ?

Im honestly not sure how this place has a 4.4 stars. Maybe I picked a bad day. As you see in the photos, vegies are all outdated (not fresh and smells), and chickens were mostly dried like being frozen for long time. Very unlikely experience especially bathroom was dirty like most of standard Asian restaurants. It is unfortunate to see all these as Im Asian too. Sorry all. However a server was amazing. Very kind. Sorry for him as well.
