Average pho, extremely bland fresh spring rolls. Was seated quickly but waiting 20 minutes for anyone to come to my table so I could order and another 25 minutes to get my food. It was a little busy but nothing crazy. Just poor service. I wouldn’t recommend.

The food is excellent, the place looks nice, but they need better cleanness in the bathroom floors and ceilings.

Top tier Pho. Great decoration and nice atmosphere. Hands down some of the best appetizers I’ve ever had, fresh and piping hot. Flavorful broth. You can’t go wrong with this spot.

Always a good spot for Pho. Although there is a very large selection of dishes to choose from at this restaurant; that is what most customers would choose! Choose your cut or cuts of meat, choose your level of spicy! (Ask for a side of chili oil if you're feeling REALPY spicy!) The staff is always friendly and down to earth people. The environment is always clean, friendly, and a vibe as well!

I’ve been going to the pho factory for many years. So I was disappointed with the service we had yesterday. We were served by someone who was wearing glasses yesterday. The food was pretty good, a bit saltier than usual. But otherwise the food was good. Our server basically ignored us. Only two bites into our entrees and he brought the bill to us. Then he never came by to refill our water or check in with us. We had empty appetizer plates that didn’t get picked up, even though they were clearly empty and we had made it easier and moved it to the front of the table. Really sad with the service.

I went here with my extended family. The food was okay and we did not have to wait so long for it which is good.
However, we ordered Pho (2), Bun Bo Hue (3), pho ga (1) but the veggie was not enough, we had to share the veggie, especially for the Bun bo hue. When asked for extra bean sprouts, we got charged extra.
The server man was not very helpful when he didn't know the menu. We ordered but the kitchen was out of the item, however when re-order he never checked back with us if the item was available.
We asked to split the bill into 3 evenly at the beginning when asked. At the end we each got a separate bill which was fine. However, he charged us each 25% for the tip. I understand a large party is a lot of work and willing to pay the percentage . However there were no services and it was not helpful to deserve 25%.
Overall if you go here just to make sure to check your bill and the Gratitude percentage. Food is dependent on personal preference but personally I think it's not too bad for a quick warm meal.
Not my favorite type of food but others in the group chose it so I went along
Really overpriced for Vietnamese food. It's half what they charge in Houston or Dallas so no clue why in NE they are so expensive. Pho was good. Spring rolls aren't cut so it's a long roll that's hard to eat and they were blan. Server had her fingers touching the food which was gross. They definitely need training on how to hold dishes so not to touch the food. Pho took 20 min to come out which was odd seeing the broth, if real, should have been made hours before or even the day before. Iv never waited longer than 5 min for pho so makes me question if the broth was genuinely bone broth.
