2 hours for a 3 pizza pick up order. An hour & 15 wait at home, 45 minutes at the counter for an order that started as a delivery, then was shown as a pick up AFTER I paid, and tipped. The employees didn't even know how much of my order was complete. smh, get a note book for Pete's sake. I've eaten here since the 90s. The food is exceptional, if you can get it.
The absolute worst service. At 15 minutes late I called and was told by Deb my order was on its way. Then called back 15 min later and was told by another employee that it was still in the store, there was no drivers available and it would “get there when it gets there”. Then was told I couldn’t receive a discount as I’d already paid, oh and the online system was messing up and ultimately dead silence on the phone after no accountability being taken.
