Every time I call my store or any other store it goes to a call center. I CAN NOT SEEM TO TALK TO THE STORE IM ORDERING FROM!!!! When I call and ask to talk to my store I get put into an endless loop on hold. I was on hold for 25 minutes and still never talked to the store. I had just wanted to talk to the store first hand about a food allergy and not rely on some call center to not give the message. So I didn't order as much as I was going to and got different pizza for them at a different chain. The call center idea is garbage and may end up stopping ordering from pizza hut all together.
People need to relax. This weather has caused many problems. Like for instances, the ability to get through neighborhoods that hadn't had snow removal yet or side streets are too slick to get up and down. Just understand if you don't want to drive in these conditions why would you expect others to. Hope everybody has a great day and stay safe.Parking: Easy access to location

Great food and was delivered fast. Great delivery driver and the food and speed of service and delivery really made our night. We all where happy with it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Had a simple order of Lrg 1 topping with wings, add a side of ranch and garlic butter. Went to pick it up and asked if the sauces were inside, they said yes. Got home and no sauces were inside and pizza was cold. Called this store and the employee argued saying he put the sauces in the box himself. Pretty sure they put it in another box and gave us an old pizza. They tried to refund us the amount of the sauces, pathetic. Our whole dinner was ruined.

Ordered carry out and when I arrived My food was ready but I stood waiting for someone to help me for 10 minutes. Finally a guy comes out from the back looking like he was not happy. He did not say a word just handed me my food and walked away.. Terrible customer service.
