THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. they get their orders wrong SO MANY TIMES it's crazy. you ask for one thing and they give you a completely different thing, and popeyes's customer support service is genuinely buns so half the time you can't even fix your order either. both in person and online do NOT use this place unless you're looking for a migraine

I came here once before and had a bad experience already but decided to give them another chance. Rose the “manager” that’s short and wide refused to let me order a family meal and claimed they were busy but they weren’t doing anything but standing around on their phones. I will not be returning! You guys need to find a different manager to help run the store because the way she treats customers and her coworkers is very unprofessional and degrading behavior.

Pretty solid spot for a quick meal 👍 Dropped by for some chicken and it was really good, fresh, and hot. The service was fast and the staff was friendly enough. No complaints at all, just a good experience. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

I ordered late last night and the closing employee told me that he was gonna put my receipt in “the book” and that I could just pick it up the next day. The next day comes and I arrive to the store but he’s not working, instead its someone else and I start explaining my situation to them and he tells me he’s gonna talk to his manager, next thing you know a different employee comes to talk to me and I explain again that I didn’t get it and I want to pick it up and show my order confirmation again and they act dumbfounded and then “the manager” comes out of a closet and proceeds to tell me they can’t do anything about my order because it was ordered through the app and they’re not connected to it, and that they only receive orders (whatever that means) but why tell me I can pick up the order if I can’t? I seriously think they just completely refused to give me my food that I didn’t receive at all despite paying for it and having confirmation. It seems this location gets bad reviews for bad service which completely makes sense the way that manager handled it. I had to spend my money again to order it again which I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place if I ended up getting my food from last night that I never got.

went in and i asked for a refund becuase my chicken was raw and the mac n cheese made me mom go to the hospital also 4 days sick and had to miss work all they said was that we needed to bring the food back for a refund i had to go in 3 hours later because i obviously was at the hospital with my mom 🤦🏽♂
We hadn’t been to this location in at least a year, but decided to give it another try tonight—and we’re so glad we did! Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious, even the biscuits. Nothing was missing from our order, and the guys working were very friendly. Great experience all around!

I ordered a 5 piece tenders classic with blackened ranch, mashed potatoes and a strawberry Fanta A 2 piece tenders(classic) with ; piece butterfly shrimp(garlic parm) with blackened ranch, Mac n cheese and a strawberry lemonade. I got no blackened ranch at all, my fanta was flat no sweetener, my shrimp was classic. For $24 for 2 meals I expect it to be correct.

Absolutely phenomenal performance tonight Popeyes our family had a long day and cooking dinner at home was not a option for us we placed a order online gave the staff a heads up phone call to see if there was any wait time for chicken to be dropped
we left home right after we had called less than 10 minutes in total driving to the restaurant and waiting for our food in the drive thru everything was hot and fresh and everyone was so polite I cannot remember the last time we have had amazing service at a local Popeyes normally it’s dry chicken and bitchy staff so this was such a positive experience for us. Managers give your night staff a raise because they are simply amazing
