Love Popeyes chicken, love their shrimp and their biscuits and the red beans and rice is my favorite. I go here all the time I’ve been here since I was a kid. It’s definitely one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I recommend it anyone who likes chicken and like southern taste and food should check this place out. Check out any of them really.

Quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant anywhere in the entire world. How this place stays open is beyond comprehension. 20 minute wait time. Out of fries. Out of mac n cheese. 4 employees standing around chit chatting while 3 cars are waiting for their food. Lady made my kid's chicken sandwich with no gloves on. I've never seen people in a fast food restaurant move more slowly. It's almost impressive that this place can be so bad in every single way. I hadn't been to this location in 20 years. It was trash then and it's trash now.

My son and some of his college buddies decided to go to Popeyes for dinner the other night because it was my son's and his friend's birthdays. They all put in their separate orders and waited. Some of them had to wait up to 45 minutes. When my son didn't receive his order, he went up to the counter to inquire about it. The employee, who was a manager, told him that she didn't see a ticket for his order. He showed her his receipt. She took it, looked at it, and proceeded to crumple it up and throw it in the trash, saying again that she didn't see his ticket and so he must have already received his order. He obviously did not. My son and his friend tried to tell her that he never received his order, but she just dismissed them and had a very bad attitude. I think that what she saw was a group of college guys and thought that they were just trying to get free food. This is so wrong; these guys are all outstanding young men who wouldn't ever try to pull something over on someone. My son's character was questioned in all of this. He is not a confrontational person at all, so he just left empty-handed and didn't make a scene of it, even though he was out $10.00 and didn't get his dinner on his birthday. This place obviously is poorly managed; looking at other reviews and as my son and his friends said, it was very busy and saw other people complaining about their orders and wait time. The restaurant was dirty and not well-kept. It is also very hard to find a corporate email or phone number to Popeyes to place a formal complaint. Something needs to be done at this location because customer service is not a priority.

Probably worst Popeyes in town. Food is normal to any Popeyes but they take forever to get a simple sandwich ready, like what else are you making that isn’t chicken. You could be waiting 10 mins in drive thru before talking to anyone and if you ordered over the app 20 minutes ago, they say they’re working on it. Go elsewhere, no fast in fast food.

We dined in. My wife and I each had a chicken sandwich and an order of fries. The sandwich was good but the fries were kind of warm but not warm enough to eat. I gotta tell ya, serving cold limp fries will kill your business. People won't come back.

So I really loves the chicken sandwiches so instead of driving all the way to west O for the best ones in town we go to this one closest to home. 1st off this place is a JOKE... Cold food, missing food, nasty chicken, and VERY rude employees. They have literally no sense at all, they need to close this location seriously. It's foul and not worth anyone's time or money. I would rather have a McDonald's chicken sandwich that's cardboard that fell on the floor and spit on by debo... Wish I could give it no stars
Well, I ordered through the drive thru and they got the order completely wrong. Then I came into the store for them to rectify and they said it would only be 3 min on my thighs. Well, it’s been 15 min and there is no end in sight. Management here must be non existent

Food tastes like food. I got nothing to complain about that. What I wanna complain is about the customer service! They forgot a whole meal in my order and when I called to ask for a refund or for them to remake the food, the person on the other end hung up on me! When they finally picked up the call again, the person on the other end was rude and kept yelling at me. Another thing to note is that I placed an online order and yet my order still took 30 minutes to make when I went in to pick it up! Such horrible customer service and food takes forever! Do not go!!

The last time I went to this place I ordered 3 sandwiches and it took damn near an hour for them to get them out to us and our order was still wrong.
