We waited 1/2 an hour for our food. Then we still had to ask for all of our food 'cause not once in the past two years have they gotten our order right. The food is really good, it's expensive but it's really good food. As with other reviewers this is the last time we will visit this location because there were 8 people working in there but a half an hour wait is a bit much.

I almost consider myself to be a regular customer only because Popeyes makes the best Spicy Chicken sandwiches. The only thing that could make it better would be more heat. (But that's only because I like to feel the burn.)The reason I am giving this place 3 stars in all areas is because my experience at this location has been VERY hit and miss.My last visit I wanted to try the Fish sandwich for the first time so I ordered that sandwich along with my Spicy Chicken sandwich. When I approached the window the girl at the window told me it would be a 7 minute wait because the fish had to cook. (Which is totally fine, I'm all about fresh food.)Once I received my sandwiches about 10 minutes later I was eating in my car as I drove to my next destination. I got almost halfway through my fish sandwich and suddenly hit a frozen spot in the fish. It was then that I realized that the sandwich I was eating had been lukewarm. At this I ended up losing my appetite for the fish sandwich and threw the rest of it away.I really hope that they didn't... but I think that they pulled the fish out of the fryer before it was supposed to be done. ?The Spicy Chicken sandwich was still good though. I guess I should stick with that.Also as a side note, it's not uncommon at this location for them to park you instead of collecting your food at the window. And then the runner has to look for your car if the parking lot is busy. I hope they find a better solution to this because if you're in a hurry it can be a bit obnoxious.But anyway... overall a 3. I know the fish experience would have be lower but there have been some good experiences there too.

Waited a long time in line, and then they said they couldn't hear my order. Finally they gave me my food. When I got home, I realized they got my order completely wrong. Food went in the trash...lesson learned.

I just come from this place and it’s getting bad and sad they get your order wrong then my red beans and rice was hot and sour the chicken was old or fried in old grease this use to be a good fast food place I guess due to shortage of staff they hiring people who don’t take pride in there work so unprofessional.

In my own opinion Popeye's was under staffed & the staff wasn't trained properly. I've worked in fast food Restuarants to know when a place is under staffed & not trained properly. The Dr Pepper @ the soda machine was out & I told the employee. She said she would take care of it for me. I waited 10 minutes & she still hadn't fixed it so I just left a little hot under my collar. I also observed while I was waiting for my order another customer come in to pick up his order he apparently called ahead for. His order wasn't right so he had to wait for the employees to make up his order. I could tell the customer was irritated. My suggestion to fast food Restuarants that want to have satisfied customers keep coming back is to make sure you're well staffed & that your employees are trained properly in all aspects of their job ?

We tried to order the family meal bundle with spicy tenders, and we were told they don’t do that anymore?!Went on the website and that is absolutely not true.

Would give zero but not available. Ordered drivethru and told wait out front. It was getting busy rush hour on Friday. When I was brought out order I even tried looking thru sack and the guy said its all there. I said well we live out of town and theres always something missing. But I appreciated the ones that were working and gave them a tip of change I had. I tried looking thru sack but he rattled off what we had so went home only to find we were short an order of mashed potatoes/gravy, no fries which we had 2 orders and no order of chicken strips! Tried calling several times that nite and no answer and then voice mail full. The manager or guy at window was on his phone outside while i had to keep driving around to wait cause there was no parking. I have tried calling several days and no answer. I did not even get a receipt! Yet they charged my debit card for food we did not recieve! And this was after a very long and hard work day only to have no food to eat that we paid for. This happens all the time. We are always missing things or chicken not cooked thru. Then we some how go back months later to try and see if betterr and its never better. This place could be a gold mine cause they have so much business yet they should be shut down for their dishonest practices of taking money and not providing the food. They dont care. So many say same thing and dont bother doing reviews but its terrible. So we are out the money until we go back to town and try explain in person and without a receipt they will deny it, yet we have our bank statement. Should be illegal what they are doing.

This particular Popeyes is still in the "new stage," so maybe that's why the orders were mixed up. The food was the most delicious chicken I've ever had from any Popeyes restaurants, and the young hispanic counter girl was terrific at trying to keep up with everyone and everything. There is a drive thru, but we chose to eat inside the restaurant. 2/04/2024 around 6:30pm

How is it everytime I place an order online because I want my order to be done before I get there to pick it up and it never done?! I literally give them 30-40min at least to get it prepared and it never get done and forget about. Its call online order for a reason! The management here need to get fix!

The food was good but the wait time is terrible. Food was ordered online approximately an hour before it was requested. Got a message that food was ready on time but it was not ready and waited 20 minutes for food.
