Always great food and service!
We had just gotten to our hotel after being on the road for 12 hours and ordered Popeyes through DoorDash. The app said 20 minutes and it was at our door in 15. The order was perfectly correct, freshly cooked and delicious. Thank you, Popeyes for giving us such a good experierience after a long day on the road.
Stopped by at 9:55 last night and was told their system was down so they couldn't take my order. The same thing happened to me there less than two months ago. Looks like they need to get their act together and solve their system issue...if that's really what it is.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a variety of food experiences for customers. The Spicy Chicken sandwich remains a popular choice, though some customers wish it had more heat. There have been occasional issues with undercooked or frozen items, such as the Fish sandwich. The restaurant has faced challenges with staffing and training, leading to long wait times and incorrect orders. However, the delicious chicken at this location is considered one of the best from any Popeyes. Dining inside is preferred by some, but the drive-thru is also available. Recent reviews highlight positive interactions with staff, especially with the new manager and employees like Shiona, who was patient, helpful, and friendly. Customers appreciated the good service and the staff’s efforts to improve. Despite some mistakes, such as incorrect orders and delays, the staff’s dedication and the tasty food suggest that this Popeyes location has a lot of promise and continues to work on better customer service and order accuracy.
