In my own opinion Popeye's was under staffed & the staff wasn't trained properly. I've worked in fast food Restuarants to know when a place is under staffed & not trained properly. The Dr Pepper @ the soda machine was out & I told the employee. She said she would take care of it for me. I waited 10 minutes & she still hadn't fixed it so I just left a little hot under my collar. Would give zero but not available. Ordered drivethru and told wait out front. It was getting busy rush hour on Friday. When I was brought out order I even tried looking thru sack and the guy said its all there. I said well we live out of town and theres always something missing. But I appreciated the ones that were working and gave them a tip of change I had. I just come from this place and it’s getting bad and sad they get your order wrong then my red beans and rice was hot and sour the chicken was old or fried in old grease this use to be a good fast food place I guess due to shortage of staff they hiring people who don’t take pride in there work so unprofessional.
