We haven’t been to Qdoba in quite some time, tonight solidified that we won’t be back for quite a while longer. The burrito I received was barely lukewarm (the beans, rice and chicken were definitely being held way under temp) and very skimpy for the inflated price I paid. I love this place and we order here often. But this is the second time in a week messing up my order. Def won’t be coming back for awhile. Disappointing that my favorite place forgot my food more than once and then forgot ingredients on my bowls seems like almost every time. Just over it.
Don't order the shrimp! That stuff is nasty. It sits in a tub with other meats to keep warm. You don't keep shrimp warm. Cook and serve it fresh or don't serve it at all. Tasted like bad 4 day old trash.

The dining experience can be unpleasant due to high-energy Latin music played too loudly, but the upstairs patio provides a better dining option on nice days. The staff does a fantastic job, keeping the place full of positive energy and providing great service. The store was clean, the prep area is clean and organized, and the food was fresh, quick, and good. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and less salty than some other locations.
