Terrible customer service. Come at 7:58 and they can help out the car in front of me yet they can’t help me out to make a simple cold redbull infusion. Made me wait in their garbage drive through design for five minutes. Complete waste of time and horrible customer service

On a serious note I spend a lot of money at scooters as I’m sure a lot of people do, however when I order the same thing almost everyday and you constantly make it wrong!!! Then get mad when I order somthing else! The guy especially!!!! I call at least once a week saying coffee is wrong! Which they remake so I can’t complain there! However today was super disrespectful because I order it how they told me to order then he gets pissed off because I did so :/ I wish they would put another scooters on north side besides 27th because I would make the drive

We have gone here the past two days. The one day, we ordered through the drive through and told them no whipped cream, the next I did a mobile order so I knew they couldn’t forget to add “remove whipped cream”. Both days, whipped cream was on the drink that wasn’t supposed to have it. Even asked if we could get one without whipped cream and they told us no. We both love Scooters but for some reason, this is the only location we ever have problems with and it’s sad, especially since we always get it after shopping at the SuperSaver right next to it.

I love the drinks here, the red bull infusions are probably my favorite. My bone to pick is with the mini muffins, when scooters first started serving them, they looked good almost like the picture, now the muffins look unappetizing and dont taste good either, these look like they were left out or past their expiration date. I took one bite and it tasted soggy like they had gotten wet at one point and they are getting this weird brown color. Just really disappointed.

The slowest scooters location I’ve ever been to. Drinks are also incredibly inconsistent. There is no reason it should take 10 minutes per car at 3pm with only 3 cars in the drive through and then my drink is still wrong.

Scooters is my favorite place to grab a coffee.....but I can't tell you the multiple times I order, pay, get to the drive-through, get half my order, continue waiting on something else, for them to say oh we didn't get that, pay again and then get the rest of my order and there is no way I can see what I was charged for originally.

i come here a lot just because it’s a mile away from my job and i’m always wanting an iced coffee!! i finally found my perfect order here, but as other reviews have listed.. they are a bit inconsistent here with drinks. i order the same drink every time and it’s always tasting entirely different. the last few times have been amazing but today was a let down… my iced latte tasted like water, a little syrup and hardly any coffee.. i’m a bit disappointed. :( staff are kind though. i called about my drink and Emma made it right! very fast service as well!
This place. Is my happy place! 😁 The employees are always happy and courteous, and kind! They are so kind! I always come to the scooters here on Fallbrook, and I'm never disappointed. I just fill up that tip jar!

Drinks are pretty inconsistent here. You can continuously order the same drink at every visit and it will always taste different. They only fill your cup 3/4 full even when I ask for no foam. I can't say it's worth paying $7-$9 for a drink that not only seems to taste a little better at other Scooter's locations, but they don't even fill up your cup. I don't know if it's this location's policy to rip people off or what, but they're doing a great job in that regard.
The baristas are nice enough though.

Staff are always gossiping & not working. I've come so many times & drinks are literally being made for the person at the window. There's always 1 of the 4 individuals actually making drinks & the rest are just chatting. The line is backed up for forever for this reason. I am always disappointed at this location.
