Staff are always gossiping & not working. I've come so many times & drinks are literally being made for the person at the window. There's always 1 of the 4 individuals actually making drinks & the rest are just chatting. The line is backed up for forever for this reason. I am always disappointed at this location.

Noticeable quality difference between this location and others. The brewed coffee needs fixed as it is insanely bitter and typically lukewarm. This location is closest to me but I often find myself driving to another one just to get a basic cup of coffee.

Shoutout to the Fallbrook Scooter’s crew! I go quite often as I live and work in the area. Earlier this year, I went so often that one of the girls would recognize my vehicle in the drive through and would always start my order ahead of time! Always positive attitudes, can’t remember the last time I got a wrong order from this location!

☹️I really think you should allow us to bring out our cups inside so the can pour out drinks, some of us don’t like the carboard taste from the disposable cups. Starbucks encourage everyone to bring mugs inside they also charge cheaper when you do so.?

I used to come here often as This is the location closest to my house and I will now just drive further to Starbucks. My drinks were not made correctly and the service was super disappointing.
Absolutely my favorite Scooters location! Customer service is beyond expectations, the drinks are consistently delicious, and it's a very convenient location to stop at.
