However, there are some limitations - it does not accept Rewards points, ran out of cardboard sleeves, and orders are placed in the barista queue. The staff is commended for their upselling skills. The Green Tea preparation could be improved as some customers expect it to be strong and without water. Despite these, the staff's performance is generally appreciated. Although the reviewer still prefers Scooter's Coffee, a blended chocolate chip drink helps improve their mood.
