The flat white that I get when I come here is most often good and how I expect it to taste. Sometimes the cup is only 3/4 full tho. I always get my drink to go which I believe should warrant a sleeve and plug without my having to ask. Thus, no tip.
Some great Starbucks employees who are great at customer service, such as Miguel at 56th and highway 2 who was communicative and receptive to everyone I saw him working with. Also have to add in general, that Starbucks employees don't sit around doing nothing, that place is busy. Good luck on your unionization, I hope you get your voices heard ?
I was at 33rd and O and they seem quite put out about customer service as far as getting me milk for my tea. In fact so much so that they said they were too busy and I had to go down to the line. One would hope they could start putting milk out again, especially for us tea drinkers. Why the five star review then, because I think there are some great Starbucks employees who great customer service, such as Miguel at 56th and highway 2 who was communicative and receptive to my needs....
