This location can take 15+ minutes to make a drink (not even in the morning rush…) when there is NOBODY else in-store.
That being said, the staff is friendly and I enjoy going here.

I truly think this might be the best Starbucks in Lincoln. They are super quick and efficient and I have only had good experiences here.

This location is always closing down early. If you can't adhere to a set of regular hours you might as well close done permanently.

Horrible experience this morning at this location. Placed mobile order to be picked up in lobby to have a meeting with co-workers.
Unfortunately this location refused to give me a refund. They forced me to waste more of my time this morning but waiting on hold to talk to three different people to finally get a refund issued.
I know for a fact that the store itself can issue mobile order refunds. I’ve had to do it many times before across the country. Sadly, Starbucks closing lobbies has become a tactic they consider normal now every since the “pandemic”
I don’t appreciate the poor management at this location… not only are they forcing me to call the 1-800 number to refund my order because they don’t want to take the time out of their day to do it person but they also can’t keep enough staff to apparently run a store front as it should be ran. I only choose Starbucks over other coffee shops because of the lobby it has.
Starbucks has wasted so much of my time this morning that I’m just gonna keep it going and make sure I do everything I can to correct this issue.

I was reluctant to leave this message because I do enjoy my daily Starbucks, however, I have had numerous visits lately where I’ve been charged in correctly. I’ve been given the wrong product but today kind of took the cake. I ordered a bacon Gouda egg, and when I was handed my sandwich it appeared cool to the touch as I drove off. I noticed it was still frozen and I mean frozen so luckily we have a microwave at our office. But I feel that the attention to detail in this location has really gone by the wayside. I just feel like when you’re paying for a product and have a certain expectation, there should be a level of quality of service and product you receive. I may start to adjust my morning routine in another direction other than Starbucks. I have patronize the Starbucks since the day they opened. I wish we had our old team back.

I ordered 3 coffees; an iced white mocha, a pumpkin cream cold brew, and a hot pumpkin chai, and they messed ALL 3 of them up. None of them had flavoring and were just as good as coffee from my home coffee pot with milk. Very disappointed in this location especially considering I paid almost $7 per drink for grandes!

I could have gotten better coffee and the same food at about any gas station for almost half the price.
Coffee was terrible, food way grossly over priced for what it was.

Starbucks was nit busy, only one in the drive thur. The person taking my order ( venti caramel ribbon crunch with no whipped cream and extra crunch) had to keep asking me what I was ordered. Then at the window I paid for my drink she gave me a straw and said she would have my drink shortly. Another work brought my drink to the counter but it took about 5 mins to get my drink. After leaving the drive through I took a drink of my drink and all I could taste was water down milk, this is the second time this has happened. But because it took so long for me to het my drink I wasn’t able to go back and have them fix before get back to work.Very disappointed in the service all around.

I came in last night to grab a drink and there were only two young ladys working, I didnt catch their names but one was short with black hair and one was taller with blonde hair. Nothing bad to say at all, my drinks were delicious and their service was speedy even though I could tell that they were very very busy. The one with black hair took the time to ask me how my day was going and if I had anything I was looking forward to which I very much appreciated! On my way out the blondie wished me a good evening which was very kind. It was extremely refreshing to see understaffed and hardworking employees still taking the time to be kind and courteous especially when they didnt have to. Big props and a round of applause to them!

Been hearing this location has slipped lately. And stopped in today (12/2/23). It’s true avoid if you can. Out of scones and peppermint at 10:30am already on a Saturday. Won’t be back to this location now for a long time. Also went inside too. Very long wait and overall dirty and place is cluttered.

I received a gift card just in time for the Christmas season and saw the 2023 Christmas Blend. It looks intriguing so I am going to give it a brew.
