I came in last night to grab a drink and there were only two young ladys working, I didnt catch their names but one was short with black hair and one was taller with blonde hair. Nothing bad to say at all, my drinks were delicious and their service was speedy even though I could tell that they were very very busy. The one with black hair took the time to ask me how my day was going and if I had anything I was looking forward to which I very much appreciated! On my way out the blondie wished me a good evening which was very kind. It was extremely refreshing to see understaffed and hardworking employees still taking the time to be kind and courteous especially when they didnt have to. Big props and a round of applause to them!

Been hearing this location has slipped lately. And stopped in today (12/2/23). It’s true avoid if you can. Out of scones and peppermint at 10:30am already on a Saturday. Won’t be back to this location now for a long time. Also went inside too. Very long wait and overall dirty and place is cluttered.

Love this location! I loved the feel of before the remodel but I always have great service and my drink is always the same-amazing!
This location is incredible! The staff there smile and are polite and friendly. I switched to this location after issues with another store. The manager should be very proud of their employees. I enjoy going to this location every other day and I’ve always had a positive experience. They have great attitudes and treat customers with respect and kindness which I appreciate. I’d easily give more than 5 stars if I could.

Since this store remodeled it has gone down hill on quality. Likely due to new employees. Everyone is very nice! But it seems like they've been left high and dry in terms of training. Reading modifications sucks, especially at a coffee house. But it's very close to everyday my order is wrong in some regard, and I do not add excessive modifications. Corporate needs to invest more training into this store as it is extremely busy and important for quality to increase for its success as scooters pop up everywhere. Again, love the employees, think the reopening execution could have been handled better.
