This location is incredible! The staff there smile and are polite and friendly. I switched to this location after issues with another store. The manager should be very proud of their employees. I enjoy going to this location every other day and I’ve always had a positive experience. They have great attitudes and treat customers with respect and kindness which I appreciate. I’d easily give more than 5 stars if I could.
Since this store remodeled it has gone down hill on quality. Likely due to new employees. Everyone is very nice! But it seems like they've been left high and dry in terms of training. Reading modifications sucks, especially at a coffee house. But it's very close to everyday my order is wrong in some regard, and I do not add excessive modifications. Corporate needs to invest more training into this store as it is extremely busy and important for quality to increase for its success...read full review
