Everytine I go to this location the drive thru takes wayyyyy longer than it needs to take. If there are 5 cars in the drive thru its a guarantee you'll be waiting for more than 30 minutes. Terrible service

Always a good experience here, but the parking lot is literally a nightmare if there’s people in the drive thru. I waited 20 min just to get out of this parking lot, which made me late for work. Maybe I should’ve left earlier? Still, the parking lot is just small.

This used to be a perfectly fine Starbucks but lately it is the worst Starbucks in Lincoln. The hours are constantly changing and the store will randomly be closed on a weekly basis. I once pulled in at 12:50pm but didn’t get to the speaker until 1:02pm and they said “sorry we’re closed.” They randomly closed at 1:00 pm for fun I guess. The customer service is non-existent and you might as well drive the extra 0.2 mile down the street for 7-Brew where their line wraps around the entire building and you will still get out faster than this Starbucks. At least at 7-Brew your drink will be correct and you won’t get glared at for asking them to fix their mistake. WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!

I tried to get a coffee because I really needed it, instead I was wrong with the amount of money I had on the gift cards I've been saving. The barista was very professional and kind. Even though I couldn't afford my drink they still gave me a great experience. I left my gift cards with them so they could at least be used to help the people behind me get their drinks! I hope the best for the worker that gave me a great experience despite my stupidity! Very impressed

Just waited in line for ten minutes to find out they were closed even though their hours say they’re open at 530am. There was ten cars waiting behind me and none of us knew what was going on. No sign on the screen or nothing.

Downgrading after yet another 30 minute drivethru wait. This location is always super slow in the drivethru. It’s also in an impossible situation with the parking lot. Needs to be relocated and something done about the extremely long drivethru wait times. Just go to Scooters across from BestBuy; they are quick and efficient and it’s easier to navigate their drivethru!

The Starbucks is nice, but be cautious when you pull in because the parking lot is small. When this Starbucks gets busy at the drive thru, the line gets long quick. The line may come out to the entrance so be careful and aware of this.

Ordered Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew inside. Drive thru was crazy busy and it took a few minutes to be waited on inside due to the drive thru. Waited for 20 minutes for my order and finally asked someone about it. They apologized and asked what I ordered. They gave me a plain Nitro Cold Brew - when I asked about the sweet cream they questioned me as to what I was wanting - they didn’t understand that I wanted the sweet cream nitro cold brew that I paid for and that’s on the menu. I told them to forget it (by that time I was tired of waiting). I completely understand how the 5-6 employees were being pushed at 10:30am with the drive thru but inside wasn’t busy and I paid for the Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew and didn’t get it. Just disappointed and don’t plan on going back to that location.

Not only were the workers the slowest, they were the rudest. I ordered two small drinks. One was given to me right away, so I waited. I stood there and waited at the bar for almost 20 minutes and no one asked me a question. Another patron asked me how long I had been waiting, I said 15 minutes and they said they were not going to wait and left

Then I asked when my chai tea was going to be ready, they looked at me as though I was annoying them, and they could not find it. Then proceeded to make it for me, then sat it on the counter in front of me and walked away. No apology and no thank you

I will not be returning to Starbucks

Seems like since Brian the manager left yrs ago, the place has been struggling. Constantly closed or opened half the day. It's one of the busiest Starbucks, so it's confusing what the constant issue is. I know their having issues with keeping help. The staff is usually pleasant. I do understand that Starbucks is a very hectic job. 😕 It used to be that you pulled up or walked in, and you were greeted with pleasant people who seemed genuinely happy and engaging. Lately, it's been the opposite. Maybe that's management's or overwhelmed employees. They need to figure that out because I can swing by Scooters on N 27th down the street and they can be so busy but I'm greeted with a smile and I would leave smiling. And they've had the same employees for many yrs . So their management's and or Manger instore is doing something right. Keeping their crew working in a positive environment. Just saying. I love my white mocha from SB but lately I'll just go down the rd. You never know when their opened anymore and n the atmosphere can be slumpy
