I was trying to use the deal where if you get a drink, you get a free iced coffee. So, i decided to try it. Every single drink i selected, it told me the coupon couldnt be added. If you're gonna be having a deal where you can only select one certain drink, the least you can do is say which one. Then, i finally give up after wasting 20 minutes trying to figure it out and i just decide to get the cannonball drink. The worker tells me they are out of dragon fruit base. First off, how are you out when its 6:30 in the morning? Second off, I ended up paying $7 for a drink with some silly little fruit in it that i could have gotten the exact same thing for way cheaper. Extremely disappointed.

Very helpful wait staff, super service! I'm normally a k-cup coffee guy so I don't really know the menus of Starbucks and the like. I walked-in with a gift card and they were patient and made a great suggestion (after I dithered on my choices for a while). Definitely will go back if I'm in the neighborhood.

I frequent this place religiously lol. Morning people always know how to make my coffee, afternoon people I’m not sure what they do but it’s never consistent and upsetting. Today, they made my normal order (has been the same for 2 years), it was white because so much cream I wanted to cry but the barista working, Sky, offered to completely remake it for me and it was spot on even though they weren’t who originally made it. Typically I don’t expect good customer service from this place- they hardly ever look up or acknowledge people but Sky replenished my faith in the Starbucks barista friendliness lol. Love, peace & chicken grease. 👏🏻🤞🏼🥰

The order taker has not personality. Always at this location that has no personable. Could be take more of attention to that waited 2-5 minutes which is find. Drive thru was few but they also left milk on the counter for extended time . Location at 10:13am wasn’t too terrible. Just need to more cheerful .

When do the drive-through and ask for an iced quad espresso, in a Venti cup, with heavy cream and raspberry cold foam, when they hand me, the drink, they gave it to me in a grand cup, and I asked for it to be switched into a Venti me thinking they were going to remake it to make your look aesthetic, and all they did was dumped into a Venti cup, and didn’t even add more ice or try to fix it, and to top it all off the girl rolled her eyes! I would have definitely pulled up into the driveway and walked in to complain once more but I was NOT in the mood to make my day even worse

Had and accident in the parking lot on August 13th due to a big suv that was illegally parked by the front door and the guy who hit me couldn't see around the suv!! The owner of the suv should pay for my damaged car!

Update, blarring bad music at 5:30am, the neighbors don't appreciate this! Will never understand how this place was allowed to open. Traffic caused from drive thru is excessive. When I say excessive, meaning traffic jam of cars, people and delivery trucks, with no where to go as the stripmall is to small for the traffic it's creating. Entire development needs to be put in check. If this Starbuck does not add a stop sign to the end of the drive thru I'll be taking it up with the city, as this entire area is dangerous for people walking, riding bikes, as well, have almost been hit several times by people exiting Starbucks gross sugar coffee drive thru. Would love to see this location close. Sorry, not sorry. Buy local, not corporate crap.

This is literally the slowest starbucks I've ever stopped at. I've been here at least 4 times cause it's the only one that's not out of my way on the way home from work. The drive through wait is usually 10-15 minutes. And the line is usually backed up. People will leave the line after sorting in the same spot for 5 minutes or so. They could make more money is they were to speed things up a bit.

Everytine I go to this location the drive thru takes wayyyyy longer than it needs to take. If there are 5 cars in the drive thru its a guarantee you'll be waiting for more than 30 minutes. Terrible service
