When do the drive-through and ask for an iced quad espresso, in a Venti cup, with heavy cream and raspberry cold foam, when they hand me, the drink, they gave it to me in a grand cup, and I asked for it to be switched into a Venti me thinking they were going to remake it to make your look aesthetic, and all they did was dumped into a Venti cup, and didn’t even add more ice or try to fix it, and to top it all off the girl rolled her eyes! I would have definitely pulled up into the driveway and walked in to complain once more but I was NOT in the mood to make my day even worse

Had and accident in the parking lot on August 13th due to a big suv that was illegally parked by the front door and the guy who hit me couldn't see around the suv!! The owner of the suv should pay for my damaged car!

Update, blarring bad music at 5:30am, the neighbors don't appreciate this!
Will never understand how this place was allowed to open. Traffic caused from drive thru is excessive. When I say excessive, meaning traffic jam of cars, people and delivery trucks, with no where to go as the stripmall is to small for the traffic it's creating. Entire development needs to be put in check. If this Starbuck does not add a stop sign to the end of the drive thru I'll be taking it up with the city, as this entire area is dangerous for people walking, riding bikes, as well, have almost been hit several times by people exiting Starbucks gross sugar coffee drive thru. Would love to see this location close. Sorry, not sorry. Buy local, not corporate crap.

This is literally the slowest starbucks I've ever stopped at. I've been here at least 4 times cause it's the only one that's not out of my way on the way home from work. The drive through wait is usually 10-15 minutes. And the line is usually backed up. People will leave the line after sorting in the same spot for 5 minutes or so. They could make more money is they were to speed things up a bit.

Everytine I go to this location the drive thru takes wayyyyy longer than it needs to take. If there are 5 cars in the drive thru its a guarantee you'll be waiting for more than 30 minutes. Terrible service

Always a good experience here, but the parking lot is literally a nightmare if there’s people in the drive thru. I waited 20 min just to get out of this parking lot, which made me late for work. Maybe I should’ve left earlier? Still, the parking lot is just small.

This used to be a perfectly fine Starbucks but lately it is the worst Starbucks in Lincoln. The hours are constantly changing and the store will randomly be closed on a weekly basis. I once pulled in at 12:50pm but didn’t get to the speaker until 1:02pm and they said “sorry we’re closed.” They randomly closed at 1:00 pm for fun I guess. The customer service is non-existent and you might as well drive the extra 0.2 mile down the street for 7-Brew where their line wraps around the entire building and you will still get out faster than this Starbucks. At least at 7-Brew your drink will be correct and you won’t get glared at for asking them to fix their mistake. WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!

I tried to get a coffee because I really needed it, instead I was wrong with the amount of money I had on the gift cards I've been saving. The barista was very professional and kind. Even though I couldn't afford my drink they still gave me a great experience. I left my gift cards with them so they could at least be used to help the people behind me get their drinks! I hope the best for the worker that gave me a great experience despite my stupidity! Very impressed
