Tourist trap. Mediocre quality, tasteless food. Shakes very disappointing. You'd think delicious food would be essential but the operators simply do not care.The 5 star review is a shill.
Good food for the price, but this is the second time in two months that my hot dog has arrived split in half. i'm wondering if it's a coincidence or if steak and shake is giving out split dogs to everyone

I ordered and waited patiently for 2 double cheeseburgers and an order of fries. The people that came in and order after me got 4 burgers and 4 fries before I did. I was told by a manager aftar .5 hours that they were bagging my food and they had a big order before me (but the people that ordered before me got theirs, and ordered at the kiosk?). 7-10 minutes later I realized I could no longer wait and had to leave, no choice, people have time limits- lunch/ dinner breaks, etc....read full review
