“I go to this subway a lot because it’s close to where I work. Yesterday I stopped in for lunch and I was running short on time, and honestly just having a bad day. I got the best service from the girl working at the time! I believe her name is Faith (I’m so sorry if it’s not) but she was so kind and acknowledged that I was feeling stressed and just made the whole experience fast and stress free. “My husband and I came down for some dinner we had a coupon to use and Kai was incredibly friendly, talkative, able to serve us in a timely manner. Very accommodating and we were blown away with how clean the place was. The fact she was there by herself really blew me away she's fantastic! Give her a damn raise. I told my husband don't take me to any other subway this place is awesome!!“

“Over all this Subway is okay. Some of the employees have a code of conduct or unpleasant attitude, giving the obvious impression that they hate working here or they hate people in general. There's definitely Subways in town to go to for a much better experience where the employees are fun and happy to see you; not at this Subway.“
“I was having trouble with the kiosk to order my food. I had a super friendly guy with great customer service come help me. He helped me with the touch screen because i had to touch it a million times for it to go. It wasn't showing my order right, which isn't the employees fault. It sucks to have great workers but the equipment isn't up to par so they get blamed for it. Great customer service but the store needs updated equipment. Hopefully you don't lose your great workers 😊 Thanks for your help Kyle!“
“Stopped by to eat yesterday around 5pm last night and Carlton was the only one there but he still made all four sandwiches perfectly. It was a good experience. I appreciate the patience he had with our six year old. We figured nobody was waiting so we'd let her try to order for herself. She was very happy with her sandwich and ate the entire thing. He didn't seem rushed but appeared to use his time efficiently to get everyone taken care of including people who walked in after.“
“Holy moly. God bless the front worker kameron. He made he feel safe. He made me feel like I was at home, receiving a nice toasty chicken bacon ranch from my mother. The manager, however, was cold, wicked, and rotten to me. If I could receive a CBR from Kameron Beckler every single day, I would be at subway for every meal. God bless him. I also am cripple and use a wheelchair for mobility, and Kameron picked me up out of my chair and let me hand pick my ingredients. I felt his manly , warm, arms around my side. The way he scooped the olives and spinach was nothing short of phenomenal. He could own the entire establishment and it would run like a well oiled machine. All in all, 4/5 experience, but Kameron made it a 5.

“I’ve been all across the country and this is by far the best subway I’ve been to in terms of ingredients freshness. Even the bread tasted better here and was super soft and fluffy. The employees even changed gloves in-between touching machines and food! Was very impressed for sure!!“
“I have ordered thru the mobile app and when I arrived, my order had not been started. Not going to ding them for that since this is consistant with all subways I visit. In store customers are always first to be helped. I have read about rude employees at all subway locations, I did not experience rudeness. Suppose being polite to people, they respond with politeness. I did also let the girl know I was not in a hurry, she was doing the best she could with how busy it was. I still had my order made without real delay and it was correct. I am sure the experience might of been different if I flew off the handle or decided to get snarky. Overall I get to Lincoln a few times a month and will continue mobile orders to this store.“

“Food is standard Subway fare, but the wait times in the drive through are absolutely unreasonable! Sometimes 15 plus minutes after I enter my order on the drive through screen, I might still be waiting for my food at the window, and that's even when I'm the only car in the drive through. This spot has moved off of my daily rotation for work lunch, I might stop back in once every 6 months or so to see if the drive through times have improved, but if they remain as they have been for me, it will never again be a mainstay of my dine out lunches. Oh well, there's always the Amigos up the street, they are fast and reliable.“
“We went inside to order instead of driving through and I am glad we did. We met the manager who made us laugh and he took great care in helping my wife avoid any spicy connection to the jalapenos put on my sandwich just before hers. Great experience!“
