“I love this location! After being very disappointed by the location on 72nd, I tried the one on 90th. The employees were very nice and friendly, whoever has the shift on February 7th, 2025 at around 5:30pm deserves recognition. Genuinely, I haven't had such friendly service at any other fast food or dine in restaurant in a great while. Thank you guys!“

“I ordered online and they were out of a couple items, which they kept in touch with me about! I’m not all that picky so it didn’t bother me. What stuck out to me though is that the employee was very genuine and kind! I didn’t get his name but I hope he sees this!“

The guys working make perfect sandwiches and actually make them look nice and perfect amount of toppings on every sandwich! The place is always clean and no matter if I stop by in the afternoon or later at night, I always get the same perfect sandwiches and best service!“

“I always place my order online and it’s always ready when I arrive, which I really appreciate since I order right before my lunch break and I’m usually in a rush. The service is always great! One small suggestion would be to keep the chips and drinks stocked a bit more, since last time there weren’t many options. Other than that, everything is wonderful—thank you!“

“The two men that were working the late shift on 5/16 were absolutely holding down the fort. They clearly had a ton of orders that were coming in and they were staying right on top of them. They greeted and acknowledged each person that came in and were very polite in letting people know what the status of their orders were. The two men had an exceptional system going, one greeting and taking care of customers while assisting the primary sandwich maker, who was barreling through as many orders as quickly as he could. I truly believe these gentlemen could've acted completely different, but instead they acted with utmost professionalism and respect. For what its worth, these gentlemen deserve some sort of acknowledgement or bonus.“

“Walked in the store amazed and viciously stimulated , Wes had had the store looking like Mr clean 🧼 was in the house and had all the product fresh and bread cooking. “I got a sandwich for lunch here today and the experience was great. I came there hungry and frustrated but I left in a very good mood. The guy that served me Anthony was great. Eventhough he delt with a difficult customer before me he never showed any negitive vibe. He was patient attentive and accurate with the whole process of my order. I appreciate the great customer service. Anthony deserves a raise in my opinion.“

“I came in there two days in a row with my pregnant daughter last week. There was a nice young lady named Kathryn (also my daughter's middle name ❤️) she was so friendly and polite. She even remembered my daughter's sandwich on the second day!!!! She deserves some special recognition! She absolutely made my daughter's day!“

“Very clean subway and I have to say the two employees working were so sweet and kind. They did a great job making our food and putting on just perfect portions. It was a very friendly environment!

Kid-friendliness: Always a great place to bring the kids. They have kid milk options or water. I usually order a 6 inch and have them cut it in half.

Parking: Parking right out front!“

“Leo and Amia are the MVPs! They always make sure our night hospital staff are fed, especially since the cafeteria is closed when night shift arrives. They go above and beyond, staying literally until the last person is done ordering, not closing early. Thank you both for your patience and understanding! “I came to NFM yesterday and decided to stop at subway. I haven’t been to this subway in a while due to the horrible experience I had last year with the team members. I have to say that the new team and new manager are great. The asked me my order and talked about how nice the weather was getting. I definitely will be coming back to this location!“

“My Subway Club Sandwich was free from the Subway Club App. I added bacon warmed up crispy, Asiago cheese bread, spinach, onion, tomato, green pepper, oil, vinegar, all seasonings, black olives. I kept asking for more black olives. The lady told the guy no more. 😆 Thank you for a really good sandwich!“

“The service is great, the food is delicious and fresh, and everyone is quite nice. If you go in the evening you'll always see kids hanging out and having a nice chat over their sandwiches and clearly enjoying themselves.

Parking: The parking lot is directly adjacent to the building and if I remember correctly there are about 20-ish spots, which is usually fine because most people walk there or take their food to go, even when they're busy I've never seen the parking lot be full

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp leading up to the door and the threshold is pretty smooth, though the door itself might be a little bit cumbersome. The seating isn't that bad, you just move one of the chairs to make space for a wheelchair“

“I stopped in for a quick lunch and everything was just perfect. It is always nice to walk in and be able to pick exactly what goes onto my sub, and all the veggies looked really fresh and crisp. The person making my sandwich was super friendly and did a great job putting it together neatly. It is such a reliable place to grab a healthy, fast meal when I am out and about, and I left feeling totally satisfied with my visit.“

“Subway's the place to eat 24/7! Yes on some occasions, Subway does not sell out all of their snacks including their chips which in essence, do expire. That defeats the purpose of talking about sandwiches, however the spicy Italian has been discontinued and they really need to bring that back. You have to consider the quality of a true Subway sandwich, personally catered by their Sandwich artist. I on the other hand have tried sandwiches by Subway in the Philippines, Turkey, France, South Korea, and Antarctica. Just to let you all know, there is no Subway in Antarctica! It doesn't matter where you order a Subway sandwich, whether it's here at the Clarkson med Center campus facility whatever or 84th and Giles in La Vista, down in Bellevue in Twin Creek, or on Abbott drive at the airport, a sandwich will always be a sandwich and that's your classic Subway quote!“

“I love Subway sandwiches and a Subway sandwich is a walk in the park back in the day we used to eat these sandwiches and now we're still eating them it's a good thing to happen you're on a diet it's good I lost over 80 lb bike just eating Subway sandwiches“

The two ladies are amazing Joshua, the newest addition to this team, has excellent customer service skills, is professional and prepares high standard sandwiches that are delicious and healthy. “This is Omaha. Right on the line between where Creighton university turns into proper North "O" So about the food, it's sandwiches so you know what you;re getting. the crowd is usually folks pulling off for a quick bite mixed with college students studying or folks from North O chilling out before hitting downtown or heading home. As a place to get some work done while having a bite it's pretty good.“

“I’ve came to this subway quite a lot and the service is very very nice. There’s a young, tall, Mexican guy who usually makes my sandwiches which are always so delicious! I’ve tried to give him tips but he doesn’t take them, he just says to enjoy. All of the other subways I’ve been to can’t top the food and service at this subway!“

“To be honest, I’ve had several bad experiences at this Subway location. Employees are often hiding in the back instead of greeting customers, and on more than one occasion the store has smelled strongly of marijuana. Overall, the customer service has been inconsistent.

The one reason I still stop here is because of one outstanding employee. She’s the shorter woman with dark hair who has worked here for quite a while. She’s always friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. She greets customers, keeps things moving, and genuinely seems to care about doing a good job. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or just an employee, but she should be running the place. She’s a rockstar, and if Subway doesn’t recognize her value, another company eventually will.

If it weren’t for her, I honestly wouldn’t come back.“

“Some may hate on the location or rotating lineup of service workers but I’ve never had a bad experience here. They are careful to make the sub the way you want. They won’t rush you and the place is always cleanly. I’d recommend ordering via app and doing pickup with 1.5 hr advance notice if during rush (12-2 or 5-7).“

“Good service.. wherever I want to get fast food I seriously drive to the north side! They always hook it up…. Everywhere else will give u minimal everything! No matter where you’re at! But the north side will hook it up with extra toppings if your going to Mcds the will hook it up with a overloaded Fries or whatever frfr“

“This Subway consistently has some of the best customer service, but today truly stood out! I stopped in to grab food for my niece and me, and Milaysia took care of us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and went so far above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attitude was so warm and genuine, it honestly made our whole day better. It’s rare to experience service like that, and she absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you so much, Milaysia!“

“Can’t miss the smell or location of this Subway inside Walmart. I loved how they had snacks such as pretzels and Icees. The Icee machine wasn’t working though. :( Service and flavor is the same as your standalone Subway. During lunchtime seating may feel a little bit crowded.“

“We ordered delivery through the Subway app and it was picked up via DoorDash. There was an issue where the store was out of a few items needed to make our order and the first DoorDasher was rude to the employees and refused to call us. After a while, we noticed that another DoorDasher had cancelled the pickup as well, so called the restaurant to check in. I didn’t catch her name but the worker was so kind! She made sure she could get our orders as close as possible without the items we needed (sauce and cookies) and substituted different cookies for us. After that, the issue was solved very quickly and she was so polite and professional. Our food arrived and she added extra cookies for us to make up for the delay. Their team is wonderful and food was still tasty even with a few changes :)“
