Subway in Lincoln

“This is hands down the best subway in town, everyone who works there is so nice and happy to see you. I order from here often, even go out of my way to go to this subway because the food is always fresh and accurate. Unlike other subways there is always though staff which makes all the difference.“

“This is not the usual Subway where I order, but I was out shopping and it was on the way home, so I decided to put an order in on the app and pick it up there since I'd be driving right by. The receipt noted it was served by 999997. I just want to say kudos to this person. I've never had a better put-together sandwich from this chain. “I go to this subway a lot because it’s close to where I work. Yesterday I stopped in for lunch and I was running short on time, and honestly just having a bad day. I got the best service from the girl working at the time! I believe her name is Faith (I’m so sorry if it’s not) but she was so kind and acknowledged that I was feeling stressed and just made the whole experience fast and stress free. “We have gotten Subway delivered to our home from this branch twice, and each time the sandwiches were so immaculately made we were so amazed and marveled at our creations. We have eaten Subway in other states and even other countries, but never have we seen Subway sandwiches made with such care and precision. Imagine holding a poster-worthy Subway sandwich in your hand! While other Subway sandwiches fall apart as you eat and makes a huge mess, the sandwiches here somehow hold together throughout the eating process and each bite reveals a balanced and neat sandwich cross section that one can only dream of. It's like each bite shows you exactly what your ordered in every bite. My husband and I are so impressed and just want whoever's behind these masterpieces to know that we see you and love what you're doing with these sandwiches! Y'all deserve a huge raise!“

“The ladies (6/5/26 @ 5:15pm) are a breath of fresh air. We stop at this location just because of how friendly they are, not to mention efficient. They take the order and get the food out quickly. Really appreciate their great customer service.

Service: amazing. The worker was fast, super polite and knows the stuff (maybe 20-25y.o. 5'10-6', dark short hair)
Atmosphere: it's a gas station... But it's relatively clean and the music was alright.
All things considered: good experience - which, in general, is a rarity with Subway.“

“The employees that work during the week are amazing. They are very friendly. I love coming here when I need something fast. I love the way they make sandwiches now with putting the sauce on the bottom of the vegetables. It gives it a better taste.“

“I was having trouble with the kiosk to order my food. I had a super friendly guy with great customer service come help me. He helped me with the touch screen because i had to touch it a million times for it to go. It wasn't showing my order right, which isn't the employees fault. It sucks to have great workers but the equipment isn't up to par so they get blamed for it. Great customer service but the store needs updated equipment. “I’ve been all across the country and this is by far the best subway I’ve been to in terms of ingredients freshness. Even the bread tasted better here and was super soft and fluffy. The employees even changed gloves in-between touching machines and food! Was very impressed for sure!!“
