Subway in Lincoln

“This is hands down the best subway in town, everyone who works there is so nice and happy to see you. I order from here often, even go out of my way to go to this subway because the food is always fresh and accurate. Unlike other subways there is always though staff which makes all the difference.“

“This is not the usual Subway where I order, but I was out shopping and it was on the way home, so I decided to put an order in on the app and pick it up there since I'd be driving right by. The receipt noted it was served by 999997. I just want to say kudos to this person. I've never had a better put-together sandwich from this chain. You could tell they take pride in their work and just not throw things together. I hope you can pass this along and encourage them to keep up the good work. Thank you!“

“We have gotten Subway delivered to our home from this branch twice, and each time the sandwiches were so immaculately made we were so amazed and marveled at our creations. We have eaten Subway in other states and even other countries, but never have we seen Subway sandwiches made with such care and precision. Imagine holding a poster-worthy Subway sandwich in your hand! While other Subway sandwiches fall apart as you eat and makes a huge mess, the sandwiches here somehow hold together throughout the eating process and each bite reveals a balanced and neat sandwich cross section that one can only dream of. It's like each bite shows you exactly what your ordered in every bite. My husband and I are so impressed and just want whoever's behind these masterpieces to know that we see you and love what you're doing with these sandwiches! Y'all deserve a huge raise!“

“I go to this subway a lot because it’s close to where I work. Yesterday I stopped in for lunch and I was running short on time, and honestly just having a bad day. I got the best service from the girl working at the time! I believe her name is Faith (I’m so sorry if it’s not) but she was so kind and acknowledged that I was feeling stressed and just made the whole experience fast and stress free. It made my entire day better, so I hope you get to see this and thank you very much!“

“It's honestly just a subway unless you have the pleasure of running into Nicole. She makes the experience feel unique! You can never go wrong with subway; but you can never leave feeling less than amazing with the amazing service nicole offers!“

“Food: it's a subway
Service: amazing. The worker was fast, super polite and knows the stuff (maybe 20-25y.o. 5'10-6', dark short hair)
Atmosphere: it's a gas station... But it's relatively clean and the music was alright.
All things considered: good experience - which, in general, is a rarity with Subway.“

“The young lady that helped me about 20min ago was probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time when ordering. Thank you for making my chicken bacon ranch wrap amazing!! It was very refreshing to have that service from walking through the door, til I left. Great job.“

“the lady with little glasses is pretty nice, the girl with brown curly hair is rude every time i come in, maybe a subway sandwich would cheer her up, i asked my friends and they all said they shared a similar experience. maybe play some music in the restaurant it’s kinda“

“I was very satisfied with everything! The sandwiches he made were delicious.

1. The staff were quick to respond and the service was great.

2. The sandwiches had lots of fresh vegetables and meat.

3. The price was much cheaper than in Hawaii.“

“Glad l got a chance to stop by to see the manager Barb and her staff been wanting to get here since she moved from gateway subway to 53rd and O st the Philly sandwich was hot and freshly made bread the bain looked great nice and clean and freshly cut veggies. I will be back again soon!!!!“

“The employees that work during the week are amazing. They are very friendly. I love coming here when I need something fast. I love the way they make sandwiches now with putting the sauce on the bottom of the vegetables. It gives it a better taste.“

“I was having trouble with the kiosk to order my food. I had a super friendly guy with great customer service come help me. He helped me with the touch screen because i had to touch it a million times for it to go. It wasn't showing my order right, which isn't the employees fault. It sucks to have great workers but the equipment isn't up to par so they get blamed for it. Great customer service but the store needs updated equipment. Hopefully you don't lose your great workers 😊 Thanks for your help Kyle!“

“Absolutely love this location! The service is always friendly, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is very clean. Maddie was exceptional! She communicated so well while preparing my food and made the experience even better with great conversation. She truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I’ve been all across the country and this is by far the best subway I’ve been to in terms of ingredients freshness. Even the bread tasted better here and was super soft and fluffy. The employees even changed gloves in-between touching machines and food! Was very impressed for sure!!“

“Simply the best subway in town the service is flawless the employees especially the night shift are the best they greet you with a smile and a good bye on your way out and they are super patient with you especially if you can’t decide which kind of sandwich you want but other wise they are the best subway I’ve ever been to.“
