I visited this Subway around 12:00 noon, and I had a very disappointing experience. The lady working there was extremely rude. When I asked for certain toppings on my sandwich, she refused to add them and simply said, 'This is what you get. If you want it, take it. Otherwise, leave.' Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue so other customers don't have the same experience.
This is not a sandwich. This is bread. I ordered the bmt with all the veggies .
Everything was horrible the manager was rude the staff was rude my food was old who ever owns this subway should be replaced by someone else who can run it a place a better staff in place I'm thinking about calling HQ and reporting them today just horrible place to go in Walmart of all places wow just trash leadership in place shaking my head just spend your money and time some where else

Subway at Walmart is a convenient spot to grab a quick dinner. The staff is friendly and apologetic, but the restaurant has experienced some issues with ingredient availability and new management. On one visit, customers were turned away due to prep job issues, while on another, the staff managed to piece together a Great Garlic 6-inch sub despite lacking ingredients. The sandwich makers are nice and respectful, and the Italian herbs and cheese bread is a fresh and tasty option when available. Hopefully, with time, the restaurant will improve its services and offerings.
