I usually love coming into this location. But I ordered online so I could pick up at my lunch break. I called because one of my sandwiches was made wrong and the girl I spoke with was very rude, She did say she’d remake it for me and hung up. I had to take a little time off work to come back to have it made. When I came in she was being very rude to the older customer checking out. She would throw stuff around and just have an attitude. I’ve been coming to this Subway for years. The night and the day crew both do their thing on the sandwiches. If you just say what you want politely, they build the sandwiches very nicely for you. Just be realistic though folks. Great work overall by the people working here!
The two men that were working the late shift on 5/16 were absolutely holding down the fort. They clearly had a ton of orders that were coming in and they were staying right on top of them. They greeted and acknowledged each person that came in and were very polite in letting people know what the status of their orders were.
