Worst subway in Omaha! They didn't make or gave my online order to someone else, and acted like it was my fault and had an attitude when I asked for a refund why would I pay for something u either didn't make it gave to someone else? These people are terrible terrible service and customer service I asked to speak to a manager and they came up with different reasons why I couldn't talk to one wouldn't even give a customer service number! ? Don't waste your time with this location it's TRASH.

I worked at this Subway years ago. I’ve been in there recently staff don’t even where subway clothes. No greating saying welcome to Subway what can I get started for you. The girl the made my last sandwich did great. Another night I walked in there the music in the back was blasting. This use to be one of the best in town.

This is the best Subway in Omaha Nebraska! The workers are so friendly there all the time!Parking: About 8-10 parking spots (at least).Wheelchair accessibility: There is a parking spot for a handicapped person and they can easily get into the building.

Order 2 sandwiches and receive 1. Sarah, the person I talked to was CARELESS. Ryan, the manager sent a email referring me to DoorDash. I order with the subway app : my mistake.DoorDash reported that they refunded subway and subway ( Sara or Ryan) are not following up with me. DoorDash can’t refund me directly because I paid subway from their app. Sara or Ryan can not understand.Lesson: for delivery don’t order from the subway app. This location has poor customer service too, I was told and should not have ordered from them.

1st bad experience with my vanilla malt. It barely got mixed and barely any of the malt powder got mixed and I found a black hair. A black woman was the one that put my so called malt together so I know it was her hair. All employees should be wearing a damn hair net and if the guys have a go-t or full beard they need to wear a beard net. I am emailing corporate and demanding that hair nets and beard nets are to be worn by all employees!!

Do not recommend. Placed and paid for an order online. Went to the store and they said their internet was down and they didn’t receive it. Had to re order in store and re purchase. This subway said they can’t give me a refund for the online order, that I have to contact subway through their app. Doesn’t make any sense — the funds went to their store. Well three weeks later, still no refund and no answers. I even said if they wanted to provide me with free subs equal to the amount I spent then whatever no big deal, they said they couldn’t do that. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff unprepared unprofessional and floors and counter unclean. Product in bins old bottoms of tomatoes dark guacamole too old for 1030 am when open at 10. Poor presentation and unclean unsanitary staff. Very disappointed. Will never return to this
