Whoever was working 8/19/24 around 6 PM deserves a raise. Followed the special instructions on my order and left a little note on the wrapper. It's nice there's still people who care about customer service.
Was busy at lunch, but the team here did a great job. The place was clean and they were quick to make meals. The ladies worked seamlessly together, moving things along quickly for customers with a kind demeanor. Great job!
First, the sandwiches were very tasty and made according to our wishes...thanks Ian. Second, Ian was polite, professional and accommodating. And now, thirdly, the girl, Cassandra. She was rude, condescending and rolled her eyes when she was taking our order. When we asked questions about certain sandwiches, all of our questions were answered with guestures, shies and eye rolls...as if she was too good or too busy for us, her customers.
