Sunday afternoon, stopped in to get 2 of the $5.99 footlongs. THEY were amazing but the server was absolutely THE WORST! No hello, no thank you, no thank you for coming, and the horrible young girl quite obviously was angry she had to work Sundays, and she flat out kept refusing to give us extra banana peppers, refused to put jalapeños on our subs, was refusing everything we asked, then she finally put like 2 jalapeños on each sub and 2 little pieces of onion!!!!

When she checked us out at the register, she looked at the receipt afterwards to see if I gave her a tip, WHICH I CERTAINLY DID NOT!!! She looked at us with disgust and walked away, ACTING LIKE SHE WAS THE GREATEST SERVER IN THE WORLD AND HOW DARE WE NOT TIP HER?!?

If I was the manager, I would fire whoever that young girl was working 9/28 at the Subway inside Walmart on 27th St!!!!!

Reading all the other reviews regarding this horrible young lady and another lady who works here -- I can only assume that they are related and one is the manager and she is refusing to acknowledge or retrain the disgraceful young lady or fire her --- THE MANAGERS DAUGHTER PERHAPS⁉️

Time. The store opened half an hour late and I was waiting. When the store opened, I asked for a tuna sandwich. After all this waiting, he told me there was none. If there was less than this star, he would have given it.

I was just here like 30 minutes ago and i asked for bacon and was told okay and asked if i wanted my sandwich toasted and i said yes, i then paid for my sandwich with the extra dollar, my total was $11.78. and after receiving my sandwich and got home i realized i did not receive any bacon. But i was charged the extra dollar

I came today Saturday,
I know people have good and bad days but If you are working in a customer service you have to take aside your attitude.
Such a Rude Employee I have ever seen in my entiree lifee.
For what this attitude Are we eating the food for free?

I will neverr everrr comee back to this place.

I was trying to order my sandwich but the two ladies working in the Subway inside Walmart refused to make my sandwich as I wanted it. And we're very skimpy on the vegetables for it as well. I only know one of the girls names. Usually I don't say names but today the service was bad enough. Amber really needs to learn how to service a customer.

Did online order multiple sandwiches. I show up five minutes after the app shows its done. I show up hearing the sandwich maker complaining about making these sandwiches for this online order. Come to find out he is just starting second sandwich, but stops to do another customer's sandwich. There was no line just one person and chooses to stop my sandwich to make one for someone else. After making second doesn't even start third and final sandwich, but instead helps another customer that walks in then another walks in and gets helped. Finally starts last sandwich twenty-five minutes after I was to pick them up. Sandwiches were all placed with wrong recipes attached to bag. Finally half an hour after my pick up time sandwiches are all done after first two got cold. People in back, but no one wants to help him and properly shouldn't wasn't even close to busy.

For the most part it’s a clean place.

My sandwich was over cooked and it was really a crouton-wich. My pretzel was super hard in the middle and the cheese was ice cold. That’s super lame. Do better.

Maddi the manager was absolutely lovely. Some teenagers were being absolutely terrible to her, we need to treat our food workers better. Maddi, you are so beautiful and have such a lovely smile, I’m so sorry for those awful people. You deserve everything in the world and I hope you know how lovely you are ❤️

Twice in three days, I've gone in to get a sandwich, and there is no bread. The employees can't manage the bread, so I have to assume nothing else is being managed properly.

Dietary restrictions: If you cannot eat bread, you're in luck! This location doesn't have bread.

The employees were rude, the bread was under cooked and doughy, the meatballs were burnt. I had to ask for marinara to be put on my meatball sub and they rolled their eyes! I could barley hear them over the loud machines and they wouldn't speak up. I ordered a pretzel and asked for cheese they wanted to charge me extra for the cheese when the menu never stated cheese is extra. Overall horrible experience! Avoid at all cost!!

The churro was abysmal. It was the strongest freezer burn I have ever tasted, and even without it, it would have tasted vile. The 'pretzel' was more of a frozen breadstick, and the store didn't have cheese for it.
