After the information from the kind women on the phone about the application process/ assistance through the state. I spoke to her the end of the day. /Tabitha /MOW got right on it! A friend of mine takes Meals on Wheels for several years now. She tells me that they have had the same menu for the last year. Whereas they used to change the menu of summer and spring fall and winter. They no longer bake any cakes they give you pre-packaged desserts quality of the meals have gone down considerably in the last year or so.
