Seriously love this place. Never had an unfriendly staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Food is great, good variety for being essentially a bar. Kid friendly. Mix of different drinks. Top spot for us and we live out of town.
I'm usually a big fan of Hawk's Nest, but we didn't have a great experience tonight. It was seat yourself, which is usually no big deal, but they were busy and I think we got overlooked as it took a while for us to get greeted and have our drink order taken. There were numerous dirty booths and tables but it looked like only one person was bussing tables. We ordered an appetizer (Mac and cheese bites) and when it was delivered, there was no silverware, napkins,...
Absolutely the best place to watch any games, including the Southwest High School games. The staff is always welcoming and the atmosphere is amazing!! The menu has many options that you won't find at a regular sports bar. And the food is top-notch!!
