I came in to have a custom cake made two days before I needed it. Typically they book a week out but Aaron the owner assured me he would have it made for me. He was incredibly kind and helpful and the cake was unbelievably delicious and well designed. I could not recommend this place anymore. Thanks Aaron!

Waited outside for 15 minutes until they opened. First person in and they had not 1 thing gluten free. False advertising saying you have gluten free options.

All the years I have lived here in Lincoln and never stopped in until this weekend. My husband and I do not have a sweet tooth but we decided to try it out. The inside is Alice in Wonderland themed and so adorable. The cookies and brownies are so delicious. Thank you!

We ordered a gluten free cake for a small wedding reception. The cake was beautifully decorated but most importantly it was delicious. We have had many GF cakes from bakeries over the years but this one takes the prize. People raved about the delicious almond flavor, creamy frosting and couldn’t believe it was GF. Nice job Rabbit Hole Bakery!

Rabbit Hole Bakery is fantastic! Aaron and the workers were wonderful to work with when we had a small baby shower in their bakery. The pastries were amazing and everyone enjoyed them. Be sure you stop by their bakery when you’re downtown! You’ll love it!

Ordered on door dash and I had been craving a tiramisu tart for months. They used to be my absolute favorite. It wasn't near as good as I remember. The lady finger was like a marshmallow texture. Our cheesecake also had a sour, old taste. The coldbrew and salted caramel blondie were pretty good though. Kinda disappointed considering the price.

We ordered a cheesecake and some carrot cake muffins, and they were delicious! I love the store and how it transforms into a rabbit hole. I'll come again when I visit Nebraska next year.

A very unique little place. One of the best carrot cake I have ever had.

Took so long to get a hot chocolate and one house drink that we finished our food long before our drinks got made. Store looks nice but obviously unorganized in actual restaurant or coffee shop experiences.
And they were not busy. One order of 3 people getting drinks ahead of us. And only one other table seated.
Baffled at how long it took

Very disappointed in this experience. I've been here multiple times and have been so happy with the food until yesterday. We spent over $80 on carrot cake slices, cake pops, macaroons, cream puffs for Easter treats. The cake was cut so thin you could literally see through it, the macaroons and cake pops were super dried out. Haven't tried the cream puffs yet but my hopes aren't too high. I would think for the amount we paid the desserts should have been amazing and not a quality I could get at Walmart.

French vanilla latte 😋

Great place! Btw, their cakes are VERY filling. One slice is more than enough. I just ate 4/5 of one and will have to finish it later. Oof.
Also, do you have anywhere I can check what will be on the menu on a given day? Sometimes I really want a specific item and keep walking in to see if it's there that day, then walking right back out when it isn't there.

The lower level location, cozy/moody vibes, an Alice theme that was endearing but not cheesy or over the top in any way - all won me over immediately. The space itself and the bathrooms were clean. The pricing is a little high but is generally in line with other bakeries in the area.

My favorite item was the Lemon Tart - the lightly toasted meringue, the creamy lemon filling, and the crisp tart shell made for a delicious combination.

The French Macaron shells were strange - wrinkly and cracked - but the lemon flavor was nice.

The Vanilla Cream Puff was a bit overwhelming and difficult to eat. The puff itself was tasty but the cream filling as not as sweet or as vanilla flavored as I expected.

The Tiramisu Tart was just alright - the coffee filling overpowered all other layers.

My least favorite was the Confetti Cake Trifle. The frosting was good but the cake was extremely mushy - almost as if the cake was soaked in something before being assembled into the trifle cup.

Parking: Depending on when you visit, downtown/haymarket parking can be a headache. But the area is pedestrian friendly so walking a bit isn't normally a problem.
