While the overall experience is positive, there were some minor issues during one visit. The nachos came with fresh jalapenos, which was a nice touch, but the salsa was considered a bit sweet and bland. The sirloin and Gorg salad had a small portion of steak, and some of it was inedible due to gristle and connective tissue. The poutine with chicken, however, was deemed very fun and indulgent.
The service is generally solid, but the noise level in the "train car room" can make it difficult to have a conversation. Despite this, LeadBelly is considered a good spot, and the reviewers plan to return.
