My bf had the pork filled Chile rellenos, (first place we found in lincoln that had meat in their rellenos). I tried the pastor taco, the shrimp and cheese papusa and the pasteles (shared) all came with red salsa that was liquid, Chile Verde. I did not try those since they were spicy & a slaw that was spicy to me but not the bf. It was good food and we would eat there again.
Good food. Reasonable prices. The service was very slow despite the restaurant being empty. The menu was limited. My biggest issue was the bathroom. There was no seats on the toilet. You had to hover. If they can't even make a simple repair like that for their customers, I have no interest in spending my money there when there are so many other good places to eat. It's a shame, because the food was above average.
The food is amazing! Authentic, made to order, and great flavor. We tried the pupusas, tostada, and pasteles and would order them all again. If you’ve looking for authentic Mexican/Salvadoran cuisine I highly recommend.
