The wings are not always warm. A third of the time they are cold . The fries are not always unseasoned. I called the store informing them that the fries are not seasoned. The guy on the phone said “well they are”. I replied, “ well they don’t taste like the seasoned fries I’m used to. “ His response “well whatever we are busy tonight”. The service is subpar. And the order was 15 minutes late. If you are looking for a bad experience, this is your place.

Ordered delivery on the app for the first time, order was 50 minutes late and missing 1/4 of my order and they refused to deliver my missing items. Don't offer delivery if you aren't going to deliver. 2nd review for ordering directly. Order was on time, but everything was insanely over seasoned to the point of not t being edible. And we didn't ask for extra anything. What is going on over there?

I am consistently satisfied with the Wingstop on 27th & Superior. I live nearby. The wings are always cooked properly, the flavor is always good and the size is good. I would recommend Wingstop if you are wanting some good wings! Definitely a good value.

If you order it online and someone else picks up your odder before your delivery driver gets there, they will then try charging you for another order because of their mess up and then not refund you your money back. So I guess if you want a free meal just go pick up someone else’s meal, their excuse was oh it happens all the time. Well if it happens all the time why not fix it instead of screwing over paying customers. I will never order from this establishment again!

The order area was busy very crammed made it difficult to get your drink because people were standing in front of it. The tables were not clean and several had bags from orders where no one threw away there trash. The fries were under seasoned and not hot. We ordered bone out wings ,wings it self were so-so but lacked sauce which made them taste dry. Definately needed more sauce.
