I was in McCook for work (I live in Omaha) and dear lord I am glad I found this place. Hands down the best brisket, beans AND corn bread I have ever had. I moved to Nebraska from North Florida and have had BBQ in Georgia, Tennessee, NC, SC, Missouri (I love my BBQ) but no other came remotely close to Braxton’s. May have to see if I can work out a catering event for my wedding rehearsal dinner
Stopped in here when we were passing through McCook, NE. At first glance I didn't think much of the place (and I'm a BBQ LOVER). My wife suggested we try it and I waffled. We went back to the car, then decided to try it, and soooo glad we did. Every customer we talked to raved about the food. Great service, great prices, and an even better ribeye steak sandwich. Honestly, the best I have ever had. It is well worth the short drive to check them out. A great addition to the area. 10/10 would recommend.
