I visit Coppermill every time I'm in McCook, and somehow the food and service are even nicer than before. There's distinct care put into the menu, atmosphere, and service at this place and it shows. Also, thank you to our server who caught an order mistake that we didn't even notice and went beyond to fix it anyway. It really made our day! ?

I was a little disappointed. I was so excited for the steak but was let down. I'd never had dry aged steak. The flavor was out of this world but it was the toughest ribeye I have ever had. The brussel sprouts, sides and appetizer were all amazing. Service was great!

Service was outstanding best Waitress I have had in a longtime. Burger and Steak Fries also very good. Getting hard to find places like these in this day and age. Cant wait to go back and try the Steaks. The place just put me in a good mood after a long day! Thanks!

3 meals, prime rib, prime rib sandwich &another steak. Prime rib was not warm &was extremely bloody even tho ordered med well. Sent back but came back the same. Au jus was very salty. Mashed potatoes supposed to have butter but tasted nothing in them. Green beans had extreme taste of raw garlic. Mint cheesecake couldn't finish due to the extreme mint flavor even in the chocolate. Did get a different piece that was good. Never asked if we needed anything. Don't know that they offer ketchup or steak sauce. Was not even offered the dessert. Had to ask as he tried to give bill. Our 1st time there. Other half still left good tip while he is afraid he will end up sick from raw meat. Also his salad was removed when he wasn't looking and he wasn't done with it. Chances are not good that we will try it again.

Was a great dinner! They forgot my wife's lamb chops but made it right with a free dessert! The food was fantastic, seasoned well and very tasty! We really had a great time!

Crazy prices! This is a glorified bar. And not that glorified to be certain. It is not a formal steakhouse as advertised. The ambiance is cold and very unwelcoming, service is terrible, and the food underrated. A drive to Omaha would be well worth your money if it's a good steak you are looking for. This is not what it says they are. It is not a formal steak house. Now, it serves people who think they're in a formal steak house, but they just walked in off the farm. Think twice before making a long drive to visit!

Adam's Prime Rib is amazing and you definitely need to try the house made Steakhouse Vinegrette salad dressing! Everyone was very friendly and was easy to conversate with. Food and beverage choices are abundant. Their selection of seasonal, local beers is always good!

I wanted to give my sister-in-law a great meal for Christmas. She has just recovered from pneumonia and uses a walker which makes fixing a dinner very difficult. Meals on wheels does not deliver on holidays and weekends. I called the Copper Mill but learned they do not offer a delivery service except on rare occasion. Adam, the owner, offered to help me even though it was a Saturday night and they were quite busy. Talk about service and my in-laws raved about how delicious the meal was( they did not wait for Christmas Day ). There was more than enough in each order for Christmas! My wife and I always reserve a table for the whole family as the Copper Mill does not disappoint. Chuck Long of Topeka, Kansas
