We celebrated our 50th Anniversary here at the coppermill with our family on March 14th. 50 years, my wife's Birthday, and my daughters birthday. We had a total of 27. The service was awesome, the food wonderful and had a great time. Friendly staff that did such a great job. Thank you
The best bite of my McCook trip was the lobster stuffed mushrooms. Delicate yet meaty, with a tender cap that holds its shape and a creamy, cheesy filling with real, flavorful lobster. It tasted like pizza with Italian seasoning, minus the crust. The portion easily feeds two or three, so share it.
The hand-cut fries were exceptional too: crisp with a glassy crust, fluffy inside, and seasoned with just the right salt and pepper. Better than New York style.
