Randomly Weirdness
Tried to order the Dinner box and was told the didn't have it. I don't think they keep up on the all the off menu things. It's really sad You see all these neat deals and items but they don't have them.
They are very expensive for a McDonalds. They don't offer meals for smaller burgers (McDouble, 2 cheeseburgers). Fries were soggy and just gross. Mcchicken had a tiny glob of mayo. Big Mac wasn't in a stack, just kind of thrown in the box. Sweet tea was just sugar. Won't return, and recommend trying any other food place

Maybe the shoddiest mcdonalds I've ever been to and that includes Cleveland. Ordered a couple meals to go and sat for 45 minutes before they were filled. And of course, upon opening the bags fries and nuggets were missing.

Too many high school students working and NOT being trained appropriately! Have always had major issues with my order for the past 3 years! I ordered a filet of fish and asked for extra sauce on the side and received a sandwich drenched in sauce, it was inedible! The manager said that is how it comes when extra sauce is requested! They couldn't even provide the 800 number to complain! Maybe the owners should actually offer proper training before putting their very young and inexperienced staff on the main line!! I will NEVER go back to this McDonald's!

I just went through the drive thru and the fries were beyond cold and hard. Really sad they serve this to customers. They were probably left from lunch that's how gross they were.

There was a small bite taken out of my food, the fry's were cold. My chicken sandwich was just thrown together, the chicken wasn't even warm. The drive through worker practically threw my drink at me, the Oreo McFlurry cup wasn't clean.

Don’t use a mobile order in the drive thru. They gave our order to the car ahead of us, and even tho I showed a receipt it took 45 minutes for the “manager” to get it sorted.

If you have a half hour for lunch don't go to McDonald's in McCook Nebraska 11:10 ordered a McRib was going to be 15 minutes wait in the parking lot come back it's going to be another 15 minutes lunch is supposed to be done at 11:00 a.m. just saying
Every table was dirty for done in and there were only five customers there at the time. Food wasn't as good as McDonald's usually is. Was super disappointed in this place.
