Sometimes they mix up the order, but the workers are trying hard and usually very friendly. If you check before you leave and let them know any problems they fix it right away. The manager is super friendly and helpful.
This is one of the few McDonald's I've been in where you are not allowed to fill your own drinks. It was a bit day, and we stopped to get a cold drink and ice cream. Their ice cream machine was broken, so we settled for drinks. There were two teenage girls at the counter. Our drinks were prepared by the kitchen staff. The girls were too busy chatting and using their cell phones to notice when our drinks were ready, so I had to go up and ask where they were after a 10...
It's our McDonald's. Truthfully an improvement from how it was before with these new owners. The food is still hit or miss. However, the management has stepped up drastically. One of the team leaders, Michelle is a very nice gal who is there to please her customers!
