If making a delivery order; find out what source is delivering. Be sure to have exact payment, even if they tell you they have change. They make contracts with other sources for delivery, and don't communicate with them.I stopped using this McCook Nebraska location awhile ago.I've already been upset by not being able to call the store, but some call center (I was actually surprised someone at this location took this call)The last few times I've picked up orders for others, because again I stopped using Pizza hut of McCook; I had to go to the drive thru window and wait awhile after ringing a door bell....due to the store being locked up.Our gas stations of McCook do better customer service, as this manager was far from ready to fix the mistake she admitted her store made.

Waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Ordered and waited 45 minutes for a large pizza and breadsticks. Two tables who arrived after we did received their pizzas, that's when we got up and left. We went to pay for our drinks and salads and they miraculously found our pizza after we complained and did give it all to us free. They did get busy and were short staffed, but when we arrived there were only 3 tables that were full, one already had their food and one received their food while we were waiting to be seated. Won't be back!

Ordered four pizzas. Was told they would be ready in fifteen min. After an hour and a half was notified they weren't in the oven yet. I guess ready in fifteen minutes is just something they say without any meaning.

Been waiting almost two hours for our order. When we call the local number we aren't getting to the local people. We are placed on hold but no one ever answers. I have called more than 10 times.

Manager was rude to me because the outside source who takes orders double-charged me so I tried to be civil with the manager in mccook and she had an attitude so I just canceled my order completely. I understand not being fully straffed I go through it daily at work but I would never be rude to my patients. Hire more employees!

Went in for lunch waited a long time to simply be seated. One person had buffet one ordered wings. Wings took 25 minutes and no refills were offered....pizza

I take back my bad review. This place replaced our pizza for free, had amazing costumer service when my husband called and the driver was so amazing and kind. Thank you guys so much ?

We came in for the lunch buffet. The price has gone up quite a bit since our last visit. The service was wonderful, our server made sure we had a clear table and plenty to drink.The buffet itself offered a lot of variety, although almost every pizza there had either mushrooms and/or sausage on them. Other than lettuce, cucumber, and croutons, the salad bar only carried pizza toppings.

We were on our way to Colorado and got stranded due to winter weather. The ladies at the McCook Pizza Hut were extremely kind, quick, and efficient despite being extremely busy from all the other people who were also stranded.

Decorated for holidays. Very busy. They were out of personal size pizza till Wednesday they thought. Service was fine. Didn't get our pineapple we asked to add to pizza.We went in to use the certificates or kids get at school but we couldn't use them because they didn't have the personal size pizzas.Over all the pizzas and bread sticks were good. They also had the salad bar open. Dine in specials on board.
