Used app to order horrible got only some of what was asked for in sub. Can’t follow directions on it. Wish I didn’t tip didn’t deserve it. No longer will eat here this is second time using app and they just put what they want

Alex and the old lady refused to give me allergy information. Zero effort and actually blew me off. After advocating for myself and insisting at least eight times, someone got Athena, who was very helpful. Why are people with allergies treated like pariahs in this town?Dietary restrictions: They don't respect them even at minimum. You're treated like scum.

To be honest, I've gotten pretty frustrated with a lot of Subway locations, but not this one. The staff is pleasant, quick, and accurate as they make your food and it tastes great every time.

Workers are super slow. There are four employees on shift and they make 6 customers seem like 60. Pick it up, be more efficient.

I haven't been to a subway in awhile, and their rotisserie chicken is NOT what it's used to be!! It was disgusting! Like, even worse than canned chicken! I will never order it again! Yuck! And my sandwich needed toasted a bit longer, it was soggy a few 10 mins later when I got back to work....

Can't understand a word they are saying. When i expressed i wanted bacon on my protein bowl the girl just looked at me. I said it a couple other times with no indication she was hearing me. They didn't even know i had a subway melt in the microwave. Worst service i've ever had here in McCook! Then the nerve to ask for a tip ?
