I sometimes don't get reviews that happen because I literally am across the street from this taco bell and always order online for pick up and have never had an issue with my order. Last night was the first time I had something that looked unpleasant to eat. I didn't care too much because I get customer service. This is definitely not fast food. The last 3 times it has taken 25 to 45 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. The line of cars was out out of the parking lot and 3 employees came outside to smoke and video chat on there phones. I have friends and family that have had the same experience.
