This place was great! My wife has Celiacs disease and they took great care of her with carefully prepared gluten free options. The atmosphere was terrific and the food & service were a 10! Give them a try!!

We reserved a room for a reunion and were told we could stay past closing time but they waitress tried to kick us out at 2pm. Food was meh. Meal took 45 minutes to arrive after ordering. 22% tip for group was NOT earned. Will not be back.

We have never had a bad experience here but tonight changed the way we look at black cow. Our waitress Jenna was so attentive and helpful. Our drinks never went dry, food came promptly and she truly went above and beyond! Thank you so much for an unforgettable night! My wife and I were celebrating our 11th anniversary being together marking our first date. And Jenna made it a perfect magical night for both of us! Thank you so much again!

Always good food & a good atmosphere. The wait staff has always been friendly. It's the perfect place for either a casual night or a dressy night.

A surprising find in town! My wife and I found the place highly rated on Google, so we stopped in for dinner on a Monday night after a long day on the road and absolutely loved the vibe, and we were NOT disappointed. The service was fantastic! The ambiance is lively. The prices are what I'd expect to see in Denver, Chicago, or Kansas city, but then, so is everything else here.... like I said, a pleasantly surprising find in Norfolk.

Super nice bartenders. I came in 15 minutes before close and they were super nice, insisting that I could still order food and assured me it was not a pain at all. Every other restaurant was closed already but these guys still had the OPEN sign in the window :) well done
