Cuban Restaurants in Norfolk, NE

“Very hit or miss. Some days you could wait by the truck for a half hour without anybody coming to assist you or take an order, but other days there is a helpful face to assist you immediately. I ordered churros one day and they were a bit overcooked and a little hard to eat, but typically the food is very worth getting.“
