Was disappointed when I came here after midnight after my shift at work. I come here every other night after work and order the same thing. This time I get home with my food, I don't live far, literally a block away. And I start eating, the fries were hard, most of them and cold and stale. The burger was cold as well, the patty was. You can tell the cheese on it was not just put on the patty cuz it was also dried on the patty. The bun on the bottom of my burger was hard but not the top one? I was so dissatisfied and it tasted off. I could not eat my food. I thought back and was like yeah i got my food way too fast. Literally less than 2 minutes I got my food. I didn't hear no beeping as I would if they were using the fryer. I remember the sound clear as day because in HS I worked at a Carl's Jr. I was so tired I didn't even want to go back. Do better, pls.
Update: today is June 18th 2025 I ordered a double big cheeseburger and they only put one patty in there I could have paid only $3 and something cents for a one Patty burger but I was charged for $6.22 for nothing they need to start doing their job right I'm getting so pissed off. The last time I ordered here I asked for a low carb burger and instead of making a low carb burger they took all the lettuce out and left me with the bread I was so disappointed when I left I'm a truck driver so it's kind of hard to come back and return my food I've been spending so much extra money for them to mess up 😭

I ate here tonight because I've always loved Hardee's Swiss Mushroom melt. But tonight I was extremely dissatisfied by the workers. The guy who took my order hit some keys and said nothing, I had to ask for my total and if I could pay. He pointed at the card machine, ran my card handed me my receipt and walked away. The girl who put my food on the counter flopped the tray on the counter looked at me and walked away. I took my food and sat down dining solo before work. Trying to eat and listen to my audio book, the same girl started putting all the chairs on the tables and stopped and looked at me made a irritated noise and stomped off after putting all the chairs on the tables. She came back with a mop bucket and started mopping looking at me and sighing the whole time. When she got to me she pushed her mop as close to my feet as possible. Floor soapy and very wet. I placed my order at 2044 and walked out at 2104. When I worked for a restaurant we always took into account who was in the dining room and would ask the patrons if they minded if we cleaned up a bit or not while they sat there. In my photos I moved my feet for the pics. Food was great but ruined by the atmosphere.

Unfortunate that Hardee's is in a bad location for local traffic. I don't like breakfast biscuit sandwiches, but their bacon egg cheese biscuit was delicious, moist and hot. Also tried their strawberry lemonade biscuit and that was great as well. Stayed warm all the way back home. The guy in the drive thru was courteous and even thanked me. Who does that anymore? Will definitely come back again!

The food is garbage, but the manager was very nice, but that still didn't make up for the horrible burger they served me. It's like they served me a burger pattie from 7 days ago, I've never had a pattie with hard burnt crusted edges. You know the burger is trash when the cheese isn't even melted, which means it wasnt even hot to begin with. I'm sure if it wasn't for truck stops, Hardee's would be out of business! NOBODY LIKES THIS PLACE, PLEASE REPLACE IT SOON WITH REAL FOOD NOT THIS PROCESSED GARBAGE YOURE SELLING US... like come on, you know a place a horrible when your best option is a ham and cheese sandwich and you're a burger place 🤷♂️. This is the second time in 6 years I've eaten here and both times same result, I definitely won't be eating here again, so people if you value your money and your meal DO NOT EAT HERE OR DEMAND BETTER FROM THEM. The food was amazing. The cashier was very friendly & approachable, though the food took a little bit longer than expected it was well worth the wait!
Parking: It was an open parking lot & it was easily accessible.
Definitely not the cheapest burger or the fastest food. However, the burgers are huge, very fresh, and delicious!
Parking: It's in a gas station so there is plenty of parking and you can fill up!

Best mushroom and Swiss burger in town. The staff here will make anything you want and price it as fairly as they can. They don't offer the hardees app here and the coupons don't always explain that clearly but staff makes up for it with pies

Food came out horrible asked for bacon on my food and it wasn’t even cooked. Stood up front by three people were sitting in the back talking for over 10 minutes. Actually had to grab their attention.

This place will actually make any burger using lettuce instead of bread. That's awesome for those of us who need to go low card or gluten-free. You just need to ask for this when ordering at the cashier.
