We were pleasantly surprised to have the manager (Eric) pay for our meal ($60 worth) and he was very kind. Eric made sure our kids got their cookies and was upbeat and friendly. Our waitress Makenzie did a great job and served to the best of her ability. Our food was good and the place was clean. Thanks Perkins & manager Eric!
The food was delicious. But the service was horrible. We never got our drinks refilled even once. They weren’t busy at all so there was no excuse. We didn’t get to go boxes like we waited for and couldn’t eat our dessert there, we had to get it to go. The server rolled her eyes at us and was just extremely unfriendly. Restaurant has great potential, just needs to hire better staff members.
