The ribeyes were sooooooo good. Also loved the sweet potato soufflé.
Tonight I went in and had the two 4 oz filet medallions mashed potatoes in a dinner salad. The two filet medallions were very thin I would have preferred them to be just thicker I understand that instead of being 4 inches across they would be maybe 2 inches Texas Roadhouse does a pretty good job with their filet medallions one of them was cooked medium rare the other one was cooked rare.
